About
Guildford Golf & Country Club has long been known as one of the finest courses British Columbia has to offer. The golf course is located in Surrey, just across the U.S. border from Washington and less than 40 minutes from Vancouver. The scenic layout has fairways lined with mature trees and the greens are large and undulating. There are also creeks that weave across the golf course and numerous lakes that come into play. The layout has a classic design that still provides a challenge for all skill levels. Golfers are put to the test right away on the first two holes, a par 4 and a par 3 respectively, which require good course management and thoughtful decision making. Guilford's standout hole though, is the signature 16th. This tough par 3 is modeled after the notorious 12th hole at Augusta National, complete with a stone bridge and water hazard that encircles almost the entire green.

Good location
There were many people playing golf at this course on the long weekend. The greens were a bit slow and the course was not difficult. This is a course suitable for intermediate players.
So Wet! But great greens.
Love Guildford for availability and accessibility. But why are you watering the day after it rains an inch? Greens were great. Rolled really well. But guys turn off the sprinklers! Let it dry out! Overall pretty good.
Course tends to be a little soft. All 4 par 5’s reachable in 2. Pretty decent bang for your buck.
Great shape
Great shape for this time of the year. Pace was just over 4 hours teed off at 10:18 am. Course was in surprising Great shape. Greens were running at a good speed.
Guilford for all aspects of your game
I like playing here because it challenges all of your game: length, short, putting, chipping. Lots of opportunities to try creative shots. Some really nice views too!
Guildford
It rained the entire time though not heavily. This precluded the opportunity to make good shots as we were bundled up with ranger and our hands were wet.
It was enjoyable as our group have all been friends for many years and we get along well.
Guilford Challenge
Conditions were good. Greens firm, minimum standings water. The course has lots to offer and many challenging holes, including the short par 3s. I enjoy playing this course even though it sometimes beats me up.
Great greens today
Guildford is what it is. But today. The greens were amazing for this place. It’s almost like they shut them down. Fixed all the ball marks and just treated it nice. Props to the greens keeper for amazing greens.
Bad
Price is way too much period for the overall conditions always the longest rounds as well compare to anywhere I play. Needs better control
