Very disappointing conditions
First, I received 2 emails confirming a 9:02am tee time. When we arrived we were told we were off at 9:10. No big deal but the last email was 15 minutes before we checked in. The guy that checked us in was a bit rude about it.
Haven’t played here in a while as I’m a member at a private club but must saY that the course was in horrible condition. Like playing on a goat pasture. Could hardly get a tee in the ground it was so hard. Lots of hard pan and area devoid of grass.
Would never play here again or recommend it to anyone.

I played on a Friday afternoon and the course wasn't too busy. Great pace.

Big Changes
Impressed with the condition of the course. Haven’t played this course in years because the wait was 2 to 3 groups wait and most holes. They seem to have made a huge improvement with their tee time bookings as the pace of play is now very good.

Fine day for golf
We booked an on-line special with GolfNow for a 4-some. Weather was great. We started on time and finished in just over 4 hours. Course was in excellent condition. Only complaint relates to a company tournament that started about 15 minutes after us. Some of the golfers were wild and we had balls landing near us from 2 fairways away. Indeed I was putting and was hit on the arm by an errant shot. Fortunately no harm done.

Relaxing golf
My annual trip to Richmond played a round here at Greenacres Golf with my wife. Course conditions is fairly good, Green is relatively slow. However the pin placement were very challenging. Given the beautiful May weather Sunny and ocean breeze. Enjoy walking and the round of golf. Will definitely come back again next year

Value for green fees paid
Enjoyed playing this uncomplicated course. Layout not very complex but challenging enough to make it interesting. Some tees and greens in serious need of attention, particularly the greens that do not get much sun. Staff very helpful and friendly.
