Beat kept secret in Manitoba.
Maplewood is little recognized by most golfers, and still known by its old name ‘Rat River’. Not only is the new club house impressive, the course was in great shape for the start of the season and a great walkable layout. The river meanders through the course, coming into play on several holes. Definately a course worthy of your ‘bucket list’, that is close by Winnipeg.

Great course for first round of the season.
Friendly staff, good two some we were paired up with, and nice course to open our 2026 season. We will be back to enjoy this gem of a course in rural Manitoba!

Played 18 holes walking on Thurs Aug 7 front 9 slow because of foursome with drive cart ahead of us . No Marshall to be seen on all 18 holes .

Hidden Gem
This is a great little track, not super long but a lot of fun with surprising challenges. The greens were fast and smooth but on the small side.
