A pleasant course tbat can come up and bite you. Well maintained.
Tough track
The course is long and a real challenge. While it’s in good shape the layout was frustrating. Almost all the greens are elevated and you can’t see them from your approach. I found it a bit frustrating.
Great first time
Well maintained and nice layout. Challenging but not crazy. Will play again
Old style family-owned GTA golf course
I really like Westview golf course. We played the Homestead and the Lakeland course and had a really good time. The Lakeland course is the more challenging golf nine. The only issue that I have with the Lakeland is the fifth hole par five. The tee shot restricts you to laying up in front of a creek/marsh and then you have to play another short iron to another layup. Then you have to play another short iron to another layup. The tee shot lands in an area where drainage is not great. I believe that the golf course is considering changing it from a par five to a par four. My only other general comment with regards to the fairways is that they are very bumpy and when the golf carts go over them you really feel it. No pleasant. The greens, however, are in excellent shape. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend playing here over and over again as the tree line golf course is very pretty to look at.
Great Morning at Westview
Great round of golf. Had not played in years but in great condition. Played Homestead and Lakelands courses. One of par 5's on Lakeland is a killer.
Love this course!
This became my favorite course this year. It's beautiful, quiet, well maintained and the turkey sandwiches are great lol
The only improvement I would suggest is they don't have cart girls.

Old-Style GTA Tree-lined Golf Course
I really like the golf course as it has many fairways lined with beautiful trees. Played the difficult Lakeland(backnine) as well as the Homestead (frontline). My only quibble with the Lakeland is the fifth (Par 5) hole. After the tee-shot (lay up to maybe 190 yds.) the second shot is completely blind. I can’t safely carry the stream/creek/marsh from the White tees. Make sure you have some GPS mapping otherwise it’s a big guess. The other issue with the hole is the drainage at the layup area off the tee. It’s not good. Very flat and my guess is that there’s some serious runoff/pooling of water that has no place to go.
The only other general issue is the fairways are all bumpy. Driving a cart around requires some serious shock absorption as there a lot of bumps. The greens are in excellent shape and generally run quicker than you think. We had a lot of fun and given that Tee-Off had a Hot Deal Special then that made the day go even better. The Westview staff are very welcoming too.
Good course
Fairways and greens were good. Some greens were slow and some fast.due wet conditions, a couple of holes fairways were water soaked.
Fairways to thin
For a 20handicap golfer the fairways are to thin. Not cart for drinks.
Hidden Gem
Great course, offers 3 very different 9 hole options.i had a blast playing it.
