Not great, high cost
Not a bad course, but overpriced for what you get and expensive cart fee.
Where the Marshals at?
Pase of play was super slow. Tee time was at 3:40pm, and finished 18 at 8:56pm. The two groups in front were super slow playing hitting multiple balls and there were no marshals around monitoring the course.
Pleasant round at Bloomington
We finished our round in just over 4 hours, walking. It was an easy course to walk (green to tee not far apart) and except for the sand traps (which badly need more sand in them) the course fairways and greens were in great condition. The beverage cart came around regularly and the staff were all friendly and welcoming.
Brutal Experience
Brutal experience here, left early before the 9th hole. Somehow allowing people in track pants and running shoes on the course, not to mention the incredible slow pace of play, was waiting close to 10 minutes just to hit a shot because of how backed up it was in front of us. No enforcement towards any of that, do NOT come here in the afternoon, amateur hour.
The course is good value for the money, and it is in good shape.
Bloomington Downs
Very nice golf course if you’re not looking for perfect conditions. The blue tee’s are very long, unless you’re a single digit handicap. I would suggest playing from the white tee’s.
Bloomington downs
Although I like the course for a quick last minute round; for the money there are several other options with better layout, and marshalling (Bloomington is not a well marshalled from a pace of play perspective given the cost.)

Great course. Wonderfully maintained. Friendly staff.
Wish the cart girl was out.
6+ Hours to finish a round
There were 3-4 groups on each hole. No marshal to sort out the issue. A call to the pro shop was met with indifference.
Otherwise a decent course. But we are unlikely to play here again.
