Heritage Hills Golf Club, conveniently located just minutes from downtown Barrie, has an interesting layout that features a combination of wide open, links-style holes and holes framed by mature forest. Although there are numerous strategically placed bunkers and swales, there are also generous landing areas that make it accessible to players of all skill levels. Willow Creek winds through the hilly landscape, offering beautiful scenery. Heritage Hills Golf Club’s greens are large and undulating, and there is the occasional double-tiered green. Although there is only one distinct water hazard, which is on the 12th, the course requires many demanding carries over the creek. Heritage Hills also offers a grass range with target greens and a practice putting green for golfers to use.

This course is in great shape
I enjoyed every minute of my round today. Getting around was easy and the staff and my partners were great! Can't wait to play some more golf
Challenging
I enjoy playing this course because it has a great layout with so many types of holes The front is different then the back. The day I played I found the pin placements very challenging had to take a good read to sink your put. I shot an 86 but missed at least 5 putts because of the difficult pin placements. Overall I really enjoyed the challenge

We played the course five years ago and it has improved a great deal.

We ‘d play this again and again.
Pace of play here is non existent
Had an 11:30 tee time and when we arrived to the first tee (on time for our tee off) there was 2 groups of 4somes already waiting at the first tee box. Might as well not book a tee time at this golf course. Conditions weren't bad but waiting 10-15 mins at every tee box should never happen. Marshall was not around the course at all to help and the starter didn't seem to care at the first tee that there was a huge wait. Take your money else where if you're looking to play under 5 hours.
First time
Some holes were nice and wide open, and others made you find the fair way.
Our mistake but should have played blue tees instead of whites. Didn’t realize at first the course had 4 tee blocks.
