About
Heritage Hills Golf Club, conveniently located just minutes from downtown Barrie, has an interesting layout that features a combination of wide open, links-style holes and holes framed by mature forest. Although there are numerous strategically placed bunkers and swales, there are also generous landing areas that make it accessible to players of all skill levels. Willow Creek winds through the hilly landscape, offering beautiful scenery. Heritage Hills Golf Club’s greens are large and undulating, and there is the occasional double-tiered green. Although there is only one distinct water hazard, which is on the 12th, the course requires many demanding carries over the creek. Heritage Hills also offers a grass range with target greens and a practice putting green for golfers to use.

Well maintained
A very well maintained course for Spring conditions. Only concern was the 4 young men in front of us who were walking and we were riding and only 2 of us, they did not let us play through. They also took their clubs onto the green, marshal on the course would have avoided this
Great Course - Good Golf
Super nice day to play so no complaints from me. I enjoyed the layout of the course. I had a great round with a gentleman that knew the course so that helped a lot. Found the greens well shaved but a little slow. Other than that enjoy it all around.

Great Value
Heritage is my go to course in the Barrie area. It is one of the best values in town. The course gives you a great mix of style of play from front nine to back nine, where the front is well treed and a little tight in spots. The back 9 plays as a links style course. Normally great condition but is sometimes a little water logged in spots (moreso on the front). However. For the money there isn’t a better course in town!
Heritage Hills
Weather was windy and cold. After 2 days of heavy rain the course played long, no roll. Cart paths only on half the holes but that was expected. This is the 3rd time playing here this year. A good challenge with a good value.
In honor of our buddy
We played this past Sunday in honor of our buddy who passed away due to cancer last summer. It was him who found the Course about 5 years ago, and we would play it every summer a couple of times. Have always loved the Course and the layout, and will continue to play it every year.

Great Day had by all
Played Heritage on Sunday. The course was in excellent shape. It was very busy and the staff worked diligently to make sure we received our golf carts as soon as they came off the course. Awesome weather, a great course and I will be a frequent flyer of this place.
Not happy
We have played this course a few times a year for the past 5 years. We were excited to play our first round there this year. We had to wait for a cart. There wasn't a starter to arrange who was going teeing off. The greens were terrible. The bunkers had rocks in them. Some of the bunkers had grass in them. There was no Marshall to manage the speed. The back nine was terrible. So slow. We will not be going back there and I will never recommend this course. So let down. It felt like they have let the course go. Their groundskeeper should be let go before they lose the course.

Great staff and Grens roll true. Still working on quality of fairways and cart paths but gets better every time I play here.. Some really interesting design of many holes that challenge good placement of second shot.
Good Value
Course is in great shape and staff are very pleasant. Quick and easy checkin. Holes are well marked making it easy to navigate. Good pace of play. Clubhouse is comfortable and provides adequate amenities. Good value.
Value
The course was in very good condition. Weather was beautiful. The front 9 played well and very little waiting. It slowed down somewhat on the back 9 but overall was very good value. A good day was had.
Nice mix of 8 traditional and 9 links style holes. Large greens.

A very nice layout with a good variety of holes. This is one of my favorite courses in the Barrie area. It is good value for the money & I look forward to playing my next round at Heritage Hills.
