Heritage Hills Golf Club
About
Heritage Hills Golf Club, conveniently located just minutes from downtown Barrie, has an interesting layout that features a combination of wide open, links-style holes and holes framed by mature forest. Although there are numerous strategically placed bunkers and swales, there are also generous landing areas that make it accessible to players of all skill levels. Willow Creek winds through the hilly landscape, offering beautiful scenery. Heritage Hills Golf Club’s greens are large and undulating, and there is the occasional double-tiered green. Although there is only one distinct water hazard, which is on the 12th, the course requires many demanding carries over the creek. Heritage Hills also offers a grass range with target greens and a practice putting green for golfers to use.

Nice course
Two totally different 9s first carved thru trees back more open links style.nice greens, best in the area.overall great experience.
Great Day
Really like the greens. Course has a good variety of holes and is fun to play.
When we booked one of the icons indicated a free sleeve of balls. We arrived and were told this was a mistake. Offered a free draft instead. Sorry, do not drink. We felt a bit disappointed and personally I thought it was kind of chitnzy.
Favourite course in the area
This course has a great layout and moves through different types of holes. The front plays mostly through the trees and the back is more of a links style golf course.
This course has great potential.
Greens are some of the best in the area. Holding quite well. Provide some difficult reads. Fairways are rough for the most part and in need of attention. No. 8 impossible for most lady golfers.
Suggest making it a lady's par 3 from just over the creek. No. 17 is similar but more manageable.
needs help
golf course was in need of a lot of T. L. C. No club house.
Nice Layout
A good mixture of tight, tree lined holes and some wide open spaces. The bunkers were in good shape and the greens were very nice.
Overall a very nice place to spend an afternoon.
Great value if you play in the $40 range.
Greens were decent, held quite well. Traps were are not well maintained, fairways need more growth, grass is thin and very short.
Very slow play
Nice course but extremely slow round and no Marshall all afternoon!
A great blend of playability at a great price.
Enjoyed the course, its got both park style and links style holes and it is challenging and a little forgiving. Real nice greens and tees, the staff are excellent as well.
Great value!
I don't golf a lot, but love it when I get out. Went here for a round of golf with my son-in-law and we ended up getting paired up - with two great guys. Had my first ever birdie - on a par 5! Great course and we will be back!!
this course has great features
could have used a marshall as group behind our foursome hit into us on 3 occasions,,,didnt see any marshall to report this to.
Nice Variety
There are some tight places and wide open spaces just north of Barrie. Some forced carries and holes were you can lock and load. A very enjoyable day. I will be back and bring friends. Cart service was friendly and attentive on a hot day.
Enjoyable outing
Course is a good challenge for all levels of golfers. Staff are excellent. Will play it again.
nice track, greens were very good and well maintained. its to bad the course does not have a club-house
nice links and mix of traditional golf club with very nice greens and well maintained bunkers. Would like to see a club-house built in the future
Nice Track
First couple of holes are a little tight off the tee but after that it opens up - not an overly challenging golf course from the white tees. For a 15 handicap or better I would suggest playing this track from the tips.
Three and a half hours for 18 holes. Need I say more.
Great bang for the buck. I played early morning. Course is in great shape.
Course is good, especially lay-out.
Good course, not too easy and not too challenge.
But improving for club house and cart path will be great for players.
Great track, tough but fair.
They always have the course in really good shape. Its an approach shot golf course where you have to make sure you get your second shot onto the right part of the green or face a very difficult 2 put. Great value for the price.
Great course for the money , surprisingly good
Expected it to bad, was very happy with this course challenged me and my buddies. Highly recommend it.
