Really nice course
Course was in great shape. It rained when we played but it still held up very nicely. However, this made for some easy divots on the greens which other players seemed to not care to fix... Also, the starter let 2 walking foursomes go right in front of our twosome with a cart onto the back nine right as we were coming around the turn which slowed us down terribly. Still a great experience and enjoyed the course. Will probably go back.
Hidden Gem
This course was well worth every penny spent and more. The condition of the course was impressive and the staff was extremely friendly setup as a golf resort with cottages on the 16th and beautiful breezes coming off the lake the course was awesome. The breezes from the lake changed direction adding difficulty to the course the layout was great the greens rolled true ( I made an 18-20ft putt on the back nine 12 or 13) and the staff was amazing I had an injury to my finger before my round so I wasn’t able to finish my round yet went home super happy. I didn’t get a chance to try the food at the park side but look forward to it next time I play the course hence no rating on off course ammenities . They’ve been improving it year after year according to the starter and from the looks of the course they are definitely on the right track. All in all a complete bang for your buck you have to go play this course it’s awesome and is currently my favourite in Essex county. Thanks again to the awesome staff keep up the great work.
Fun layout
Fun track. Not too hard but still a challenge from the back tees. Fantastic food from the Parkside grill. Nice little shaded patio near the putting green with a walk up bar.
I played in the fall. So, I can't really comment on course condition (for obvious reasons) but considering the time of year. I was most satisfied to say the least.
Will be back.

Slowest round ever. Had to wait 4 to 5 minutes on every tee. Probably because they book every 7 minutes. Golfers behind us hit into us on the fly more than once. We had one ball roll close to a group ahead of us and they stomped the ball down into the fairway. Not a friendly place tp play.
great course
My wife and I really enjoyed the course, it was in good shape and the greens were good.The people in the club house were friendly. Over all we enjoyed the course will play again.
Layout
Needs more directions from greens to next tees. Rough very deep, hard to locate ball.

Well kept greens!
A clear effort has been made to keep the course in shape throughout the season. The greens are the biggest improvement. They roll true and fast and are receptive to all shot trajectories. Need to trim some tree limbs hanging in shot paths from tees 2 and 16. Staff always courteous and friendly.
