Western Trent Golf Club

It was a bit windy but the course was in good shape and the greens were fast and true.

My wife and I played here mid-morning on a Saturday. Tee times seemed to be slightly over booked with people teeing off nearly on top of one another which caused a bit of a delay from hole to hole, but other than that the course was nicely shaped, decent hazards, and I found the greens on the tougher side with their convex shape it was challenging to hit the green and keep it on with an iron shot. Good round all together my wife and I enjoyed the course and the scenery!

Short 9 hole course along the scenic Trent. Great for when you are at the cottage for those days that may not be warm enough for boating.

Carts are vey old and in poor condition but price is right.

Welcoming, friendly staff. Course is in wonderful condition. Food is excellent.

Course is well kept, good layout. The biggest complaint i would have is the driving range is in the middle of 2 fairways and there is no net. Almost got tagged on the fairway by a stray ball

I played with 8 years old boy. When we played We waited every courses because of the front team (4 grandpa played) they played too slow. But we were okay with that. Suddenly owner(lady) directly came to us and she was little bit upset and blame me “in front of my son”. she said we are making delays all of the golf courses because of my son played slow. I think right behind guy he complained to office. I told owner that it was not our fault. I told her We also waited every each golf courses cause by front team. Then she went to front team and she realized delaying was not our fault. I was upset too. She did not check anything and just blamed us. She did not apologized to us and she said “oh don’t be upset you can play few more golf courses when you finish” and she just left. After she left my son keep saying that let’s play quickly. And he keep take care of behind. I never go to there. Our family so upset thanksgiving day. Owner was Not kind to people. I never recommend this golf course to other people..

It was great! Greens were excellent t and fairways were well cared for and green. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone - and at a reasonable price!!

Excellent par 4 9-whole for beginners and average players. Great condition. We’ll maintained and friendly staff.

There was not too much to complain about other than some holes were a little bunched up and there was a few rough tee boxes. Other than that I had a decent time out there.
