Club at Bond Head - South

Great facility and staff. Notice a difference in the new ownership.

Greens are really the only complaint. Typical public course with the obscene amount of ball marks. This is more on players than course. Greens were fast and tricky, in a good way though.

Really wish they'd take a stick of dynamite or something to the North course and do something totally new. Cuz until they do, I'll only come to play the South.

Great to see one of my faves back to its previous condition after a disappointing visit last year.

Only critism, if I had to, bunkers needed a top up with sand.

Tees, fairways and greens in super shape.

Fun track. The greens were tough but fun. Pace of play was good. Would definitely come back.

The associates are all friendly and try to accommodate... because of it, we are at The Bond Head Country Club Very often.

Played the south course. The course was in great shape except the greens had so many non-repaired ball marks (come on golfers... Fix your marks). We were originally behind a very slow group but let us play through. Finished in just under 4 hours...very respectable.

Some confusion regarding finding first tees on north and south.

Also other holes not sure which way to go to the next tee.

After a couple of years not playing Bond Head due to course being below average… I decided to play it again based on recent reviews… I would sure like to know who is playing this course and is happy to OVERPAY for a run down course? The course has NOT IMPROVED. Such a disappointment and not worth the money. Greens have divots everywhere. Tee Box is over grown and hacked away.. Bunkers are terrible. 5/10 at best

Nothing bad to say about Bondhead except for the pace of play. We got stuck behind what appeared to be 6 people in 3 carts.. Turns out it was some talented under 16 juniors with their parents on caddie duty. Not sure why you’d have young kids out to a big ball park like Bondhead on a busy Sunday afternoon. At one point we waited 10 min to tee off with 3 groups on a hole. They were apologetic and tried to use the fact that they were competitive players as some justification for the delay which I didn’t like.

Also no yardage markers was strange (200, 150, 100).

Otherwise the South course is a beautiful layout and conditions were great. If the pace wasn’t an issue would be a perfect rating.

To start off the facility was amazing. Staff was extremely friendly. Had no issues in that front. Was a little disappointed that I had to hit off Matt's as opposed to grass. Putting surfaces were very slow. Grass on greens were a little bit longer than expected. The course was moderately maintained. The grounds itself were very hard and the course would punish you if you try to take any turf, it's just kept Ben a lot of holes. You had to land short of the green and run it up. Almost impossible to stick on the green Pat spectacular views and Huge wow factor overall beautiful course.
