Woodington Lake Golf Club - Legacy Course

Good course. Nice set up. Greens might not look it but deceptively fast. Can’t wait to play in the fall to enjoy the colours.

If you are a senior play the reds played white first 9, over estimated my ability lol

Very nice course. Great condition. Green speed moderate. Hole number 9 is tough. Need 150 to carry.

Good layout and consistent greens with probably 9.5 on the stimp meter. Good company and reception.

I used to play her a lot. First time back since they swap a bunch of holes between the two courses I really liked it.. It made the course more interesting. This can be a walking course although I don’t recommend on 30° weather – I walked in the big degree weather. Of course, was in great condition. Two small suggestions – offer sandwiches at halfway, egg and tuna. Also add a few benches for people who do walk.

Very difficult greens, but the fairway is forgiving. Some areas are tight, but for the most part competitive

Well maintained course presents itself as a good destination just outside GTA. Spire Course feels long but wide and lots of room to keep shots in okay. Deep bunkers with packd sand. A few blind holes and severe doglegs, could use better signage for non regulars. A couple of long water carries, you need to hit the ball 150 yds or this one's not for you.. Even good regulars say hole 8 is too hard.

Course was in great shape. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only comments I have are that some tee boxes need to be levelled and the driving range needs work. There are no targets.

Drove over an hour for my tee time only to get to the course and my tee time was cancelled. Course didn’t even try to reach out to cancel. Zero compensation for my wasted time and money. Brutal customer service.
