Burlington Springs Golf Club
About
Situated along the edge of the Niagara Escarpment, Burlington Springs Golf Club offers the most scenic and affordable round in the area. While not quite a championship layout, the golf course does feature some longer holes that play alongside dense, mature forest. There are also some interesting water elements, including an underground reservoir that feeds several ponds that come into play throughout the course. The greens are large and heavily guarded by strategically placed bunkers and while the rest of the course is relatively flat, there is some undulation in the fairways. Burlington Springs is a traditional course that is both challenging and manageable enough to appeal to a wide range of skill levels.

Beautiful lake course
The pricing was very reasonable, and it was the perfect place to play during the fall season with the vibrant autumn foliage. There are several holes where you can enjoy playing while looking out at a lake surrounded by beautifully colored leaves. Overall, I was very satisfied. The course was also well-maintained. I will definitely come back.
Interesting Layout
Very nice course and in good condition. Some fairways were a little sparse. Not a fan of blind tee shots and not being able to see the group in front of you and this is the case about five times. This is a course that makes you think before you hit your shot off the tee block. Could use more signage for hole to hole location.
An avg course
Overall a good course that is good for a beginner and has had great greens this year!
- clubhouse needs to be updated and something more modern added.
I find this course expensive for the value with competitive courses in the area such as hidden lake, lowville, crosswinds
Pace of play
Everyone understands golf is booming, however the pace of play was absolutely unprecedented…. We teed off at 2:50 and finished at close to 8… we called the pro shop to see about a Marshall on the course. Our foursome had a 2 and 6 handicap. Two women who anytime they had an issue picked their balls up and kept up without issue. After calling the clubhouse the Marshall came to our group without talking to any of the ppl in front of us, teeing off and hitting their balls 12 yards off the tee and continuing to shoot 12 or more on almost every tee and confronted the women in our group about their pace of place, not only ridiculous but completely misogynistic and disrespectful. Everyone we spoke to complained about the pace of play and nothing was addressed. If you do decide to play here, make sure you have nothing else planned that day. It will be long and infuriating and no one will help address your concerns… especially if you have women in your group.
Good course great condition but price went up a lot the last couple years there’s better options for less money out there shop around
Early T time
Great course, alway enjoy playing it.very busy, so for a faster round, you need an early T time.
Impossible greens
I was shocked at how difficult the greens were on this course. The pin placements were just about impossible. Every green was difficult. I had a bad round myself, so getting to the green was difficult enough. Most of the holes were 3-putts or more. I am okay with challenging, but these were near impossible. Otherwise, a nice course in pretty good condition. Placement of trees were another challenge. A lot of them were in play in the fairways, which I also disliked.
Excellent course for all abilities
Played the course with my father who is in his first year of golf and it was playable for all. The greens are absolutely beautiful! Driving range on course and putting green to practice on before heading out. Totally walkable great views. Club house is nice staff is outstanding. Will be playing again and again
