Disappointed
I have played HL for decades, the condition of the course is sad compared to a few years ago. So many bunkers with weeds, tees had weeds all around the hole stones with the ball washers and garbage. They have not been cut or cleaned up for months. The half way shop had 3 sandwiches, 80% of the menu was not available. I get it was a Tuesday but the course was busy.
I always give good and bad reviews, I know some of the staff so this was hard but for a links course, my guest and I were disappointed.
Go elsewhere for your round
Have been playing this course for 15+ years. With the price increases (since 2021) and the condition of the course, not worth playing again.
$80 for a mid-week tee time. Tee boxes looked terrible. The bunkers had not been turned over in more than a week. The 14th fairway bunkers were so hard, I could not leave a divot in the sand. Greens were "ok' but, fuzzy.
Consider the weather we had lately, the course should have been in very reasonable shape.

Love the greens. Ultra fast. Course is in great shape. One thing I would change is add sand to the bunkers and ensure staff raked/machined each day. Hard to do i totally understand as there are hundreds on the two courses. A great day! Thank you ❤️
Very Disappointing
Course is boring with not many challenges other than the greens, but they were in terrible shape - dry and chopped up.
Fairways were dry and yellow, sand in the bunkers was rock hard, tee boxes were destroyed, and tge course was full of golfers that couldn’t keep the ball on their own fairways.
This is not what I expected for $93 walking on a Clublink course.
I will say, the staff was good, especially the starter who gave us the full run down of expectations on the course. That was refreshing as many course starters these days do not provide such expectations.
