The course is in good shape. There are several challenging holes and the value was good at $55.

i LIKE Playing there i always meet nice people the only complaint I have is the carts over 20 years old antiques why don't they get rid of them and get some nice carts it would be a big improvement. that's it

Wet Mayfield Review Part 2
We arrived at the course under heavy rain and I thought it best we cancel. Mayfield will not provide a raincheck if you tee off while it rains, unless they blow the horn for lightning in the area. They were clear about that when I asked about a raincheck. We waited about 45 minutes and then noticed the radar had improved. We decided to play given there would be no one on the course. We played Blue to Red, which is okay. I am not a huge fan of the Blue course due to some weird hole layouts but it is in great shape. The course drained very well, but there are little to no valleys between the two 9-hole layouts. No issues at all. I have one complaint about most courses these days, and that is they charge way too much. I understand supply and demand, but $85 (total with taxes) to play this course is unreasonable. With the price of everything these days due to inflation, I fear young people are just going to be frozen out of this great game of golf. I'm 52 and work full time and even I am having trouble justifying the cost.

The pro shop was lacking supplies....such as sun block, which we really could have used.
