Like a well struck shot, the wonderful potential of Woodlands keeps me coming back for more
Awesome layout with the exception of a handful of trees on a handful of holes. Smart tee shots are rewarded with clear looks at smooth, receptive greens. Fairways can be a bit dry in spots which requires creativity to hit an ideal shot; a treat to play after rains when things soften up. Definitely have to learn the course as there are some blind shots that can really add strokes to your round if you end up out of position. Greens roll true and tee decks are mostly secluded although some green/tee complexes could use opening up/clearing away underbrush to aid with airflow and thus turf quality. Get this on a HotDeal for $35-40 with cart and you’ll have a great day on the course
Great Course
Pace of play was good, challenging course and great staff.
Nice course
Course was nice. Difficult to find some tee off areas. More signs would be beneficial. Felt rushed at the first hole. Front 9 was busy, back nine notnso much, so more relaxing.
Ok course
It is a fair course, but nothing exciting. Found to be a bit pricey. As others have stated there are mosquitoes on some areas of the course and is annoying. Probably won't return. There are better courses for the same or less money.
Very rude staff.
Very rude staff and very poor customer service. Arrived 18 min early. Told by rude staff member that we could not have a cart till 10 min before round. We could not practice because the range requires a cart to drive to and we ended up rushing around trying to get ready after waiting 8 minutes before they would give us a cart. Was such an argument with them that it pretty much wrecked the first 9 holes. We show up early to stretch snd get warmed up to be treated this way instead of them welcoming us to the course and telling us where the practice facilities are and to enjoy our round. Terrible policies apparently in place because some golf now users have abused the privilege by taking cart early and jumping in ahead of scheduled tee time and wrecking it for rest of us. Perhaps a starter would be able to keep them from jumping ahead and then the rest of us actual golfers can warm up and have the time to do so and arrive at our proper tee time
