Disabled denied use of cart until 5 min before tee off
Management denied us the use of the golf cart to get our bags ....my brother had his disability tags and also mentioned to management that he was and is legally disabled. Management was concerned that we would tee off 1 half hour early because we were golf now patrons.
The manager also wanted us to call the owners who were attending a funeral to make our complaints ...
Wow great manager ..... she will stand out when you golf there....watch out ... but the other staff members exceptional .Mr Andreozzi
Rustic country course
I didn't like the gravel cart paths and the lack of signs indicating the next tee boxes. It's definitely a cart course only due to the severe slopes . Plenty of trees , some of them marked as endangered species. The bridges over some ponds need repairs
Free for all
4 drunk guys in front of us. Driving up on the tee blocks and forgot to put the flag back in. We pulled up to the tee while they were hitting on every hole on the back nine and were not let through. Marshall was there but didn’t do anything
The course was on great shape
Greens were on good shape , soft and a good speed .
Great round
We enjoyed a very good round. Course was in good shape considering lack of rain.
Nice place to golf
I like this course. Not everything is clearly marked but found our way. Nice course.
Woodlands is a great layout, very difficult from the Gold tips, so I suggest you play from Silver if you are more than a 12 HDCP. Greens were ‘mushy’ very slow, but that’s typical. Course could use some work on the fairways and a bit more rough without the weeds. Can’t beat the course for price and value.
Very contrasting
I play this course a lot.
The course isn't the prettiest nor is there a restaurant in the clubhouse (a rustic barn). The power carts have seen better days ( the course is a easy walk) and parts of the course feel dis-jointed
You might be wondering why I play here? Here's the thing; The course is fun. The pace of play is fantastic not to mention the value is outstanding. Woodlands is golf. No frills, fancy names or 5 hour rounds.
It's a great place to just golf. Enjoy the walk. Like its ment to be.
Great Track
Very nice layout, well treed on back nine. Some water hazards but not troublesome. Greens big and well maintained, putt them straight as breaks are illusional.Like most other reviews, encountered those gnats , bug spray helped but they still were pesky. Course was quiet for our afternoon round so three hours covered our twosome. Well worth the drive out from London.
Love the adventurous blind fairways
The coarse was wet a couple spots with standing water. However the layout and geographical elevations kept fairways in good conditions. The bugs were insane though and obviously couldn't be helped.....knats were going to carry us away if we lingered in one spot too long, so addressing your shot needed to be quick. Great coarse though and I'll return again soon!
