Trillium Wood Golf Club

About
Trillium Wood Golf Club in Corbyville sprawls across 200 acres of mature woodlands. The stately trees enclose nearly every hole, giving each a peacefully secluded feel. Sparkling ponds are scattered throughout the course, coming into play on several holes, and there are also strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. One of the most challenging features of the golf course, however, is the hilly terrain. The course has one of the highest slope ratings in eastern Ontario. The final hole is a par-4 dogleg right that covers a variety of elevation changes. You'll also face a variety of fescue-covered mounds and a well protected green on this tough hole. In addition to the golf course, Trillium is known for offering the region's premier driving range as well as separate training and practice areas.

Trillium Wood
Very nice course, with an extremely nice layout. That was my first time here, and I will be back.
Great time
Love playing at this course.
Absolutely beautiful course
Always enjoy this course worth the drive from Kingston
Just wish it was closer to us.
Love playing this course
Great fall deal on Golf Now and the course was not busy. Greens were lightning fast.
Trillium Wood
Course was great. Pace of play was good. Greens were slick and fast - maybe too fast! Would recommend highly. It's worth the trip!
Excellent Condition
Considering the very dry and hot summer we have had, the course was in excellent condition. Very green, perfect fairways, greens were well kept. Were fast but not to firm that your approach shots wouldnt stick.
Awesome course
This is the best course that I played on so far. In Toronto the fairways are partially brown because of the drought but here they were green. The greens were quick and played true. They had a GPS on the carts where you could also other food from the cart and pick it up after the 9th hole. Never seen that before.
Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your round with us and we so look forward to seeing you again in the near future!

Firm & Fast
Course is in really good shape considering dry dry conditions
Always a challenge
Glad you found the course challenging! Come back soon, keep on practicing.
Great golf and friendly service
Trillium Wood is a great golf course. It has an interesting design and is fun to play while having parts of the course that are challenging. The grounds crew have done an excellent job maintaining the course and there were only a few brown spots on the fairways which is impressive due to the ongoing heat. All staff that I have encountered have been friendly and we're always willing to help if you had any questions. Keep up the good job and well worth the 1 hour drive from Kingston!
Awesome! Thank you for making the drive out to Trillium Wood. We are happy to hear your experience was wonderful and you loved the conditions.
Nice course
Played on June 25, 2016. There were a few Cowboys on the course, but the Marshall was able to get things under control. Some of the fairways were in rough shape. Overall, a nice course. Lots of wild life and challenges. Friendly staff.
thank you for playing with us. we are sorry that your round started off negatively but we are glad that the ranger was able to get things under control for you. we hope that you will come back again soon!
All the best,

Hot and windy
Took Dad golfing for Fathers Day. He loves this course but cannot afford to play it. I try and take him once a year. Were paired up with 2 young men; one a non golfer but it worked out ok. Fun had by all.
Course in great shape considering hot weather we've had of late.
Wildlife in abundance, deer, gophers, chipmunks.
Love this course

The gps in the cart is a great feature
It isn't as difficult as it appears on the score card. The fairways are wide and better than most greens we are use to

Very Enjoyable
We play this course every other week and we keep coming back because of the quality of the course. Their greens are in great shape - making putting fair. I always recommend this course to others.
Thanks for recommending us to your friends! Come back and see us soon.
A gem
We played Trillium Wood the day after very heavy rains. In spite of this, the course was quite playable. Many bunkers were full of water but the fairways were not that soggy, just a bit here and there. Loved the course!
Thank you for such a nice review! We are so happy to hear how you enjoyed your experience - and hope to see you back for another one soon!
Slowest pace of play I've ever experienced
This course has a "do not pass policy". So if you are golfing with relatively decent golfers and are stuck behind 2-3 groups of slower pace players you are not allowed to pass. It took us 15-20 minutes per hole. Waiting 5-10 minutes a shot. Marshalls are nowhere enforcing pace of play so as long as you are prepared for a 6 hour round of golf you might not have a bad time. Course is in good shape though. All in all I will not be golfing at Trillium Woods ever again it's just too slow a pace for me. This is also not the first time I have golfed there every time it is ridiculously slow.
Thank you for your review. Since pace of play is very important to us, we have installed a state of the art GPS system that monitors the time and progress of golfers during their round. The average round over the past 2 weeks has been from about 3:38 hours to 4:20 per day. We did have a slow group that day and we worked to move them along. We hope to see you back for another round!
humidex of 36 made it difficult
having a tee time in the afternoon was way too hot to play, it was 36 with the humidex...needless to say we were done by the 15 hole. Other than that the course was very nice and i would play there again.
Thank you for your review! We hope to see you for another round soon!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a great review, Warren! We love hearing from our golfers and we hope you'll play us again soon!
