Harbour View Golf and Country Club

Got a great deal for a midday tee off . Played 6000 yards and very enjoyable . Tee box good , fairways good and greens very good . Cloudy skies may have kept people away as not many golfers out so we played at a very leisurely pace ,

Clubhouse staff from sign in to drinks after were very nice .

Arrived and was informed there was a tournament so we were rushed off the first tee 15 minutes before our tee time... Maintenance crew must have all gone back to school as the only thing cut properly were the greens... Challenging course through mature trees. Tight fairways and a positional playing golf course. Keep the driver in the bag for most holes as your accuracy is more important than your distance. Not many yardage markers if at all so bring your range finder or play the guessing game. I will go back before school starts and want my revenge on the course.

I’ve played here several times over the past few years and it was one of my favourite courses. The game today, however, was painful in that the lineup for hole 1 was 5 teams deep when we were told to go tee-up. We were then directed to tee off the back 9 but again it was extremely overbooked. When we came around after the back 9, the 1st hole was similarly backed up by at least 6 teams. Today was a waste of money for us. I may not play here again after this experience.

This is a great little course. Holes were challenging but not punishing. I look forward to playing here again.

The course is a hidden gem , with mature trees nice fairways and decent greens. Due to the amount of rain they received the back 9 was walking only. This was completely understandable so we played the front 9 twice. The course is challenging for all types of golfers and fun to play. Yes I have recommended this course before.

We have played this course a number of times over the past 40 years and always enjoyed it. The course was in exceptional shape given the lack of rain and bone dry summer we have been experiencing. The fairways were nicely green and freshly cut and the greens were a decent speed and true. Ironically in a season of no rain we had to abandon the round after 6 holes because of heavy thunderstorms and torrential rain. We received a 9 hole rain check which probably could or should have been 18.

First time playing here.

Overall a nice course but even with golf now a little pricey.

Well kept course with some challenging holes, however pace of play was inappropriate.

We quit after hole 16, 4 hrs and 15 minutes into play. We saw a Marshall but no one was given an update or direction. A foursome walking was ahead of a 2 some on a cart in front of us who kept catching up with them, frustrating.

If you’re looking for great value. Golf course has all the challenges you’re looking for. Good greens, good variety of holes. Lay up to about 200 yrds on #3. Good par threes.

Played course on June 30, was an extremely hot day and it was long weekend so the course was dead so pace of play was not an issue.

Only issue is swarms of bugs in air and fairways similar to a small bettle.

Course was somewhat maintained but there were areas you could see that were ignored.

Overall decent track but for $63 would not pay again.

This course used to be great for their prices. Then I guess other people discovered it and they raised their prices but their service stayed the same. For $70 a round you’d expect a lot more

Today as we were waiting to tee off on of the holes, the 3some ahead of us stopped the cart girl for a drink and had a 10 minute conversation with her. During this anothe cart came in from another hole to also order a drink. So we were waiting on the tee deck as well as another group behind us too. Pretty disrespectful

I don’t think I’ll be coming back to golf here anymore.

Love this course with it's challenges, landscape and overall good condition. Plan to return soon. Only issue was the lack of distance markers which makes it tricky if you don’t have a range finder.

Course in excellent shape. Staff and management very accommodating and helpful. Amenities are a little pricey.

Staff were extremely friendly. We arrived a bit early and they got us off immediately. Course was in great condition, especially the greens.

Great ltl course!! Greens were excellent! Mid speed that held shots well from 160 yards in. Only thing missing is a range. Will test your game and reward for well placed shots. Tree lined fairways. Just a great overall course!
