Innisfil Creek Golf Course
About
Innisfil Creek Golf Club was modeled after the traditional links courses of the Scottish seaside. It's a seemingly short layout at 5,674 yards from the back tees but don't be fooled. An abundance of water and an undulating terrain that ranges from subtle to dramatic will keep you on your toes. Contoured mounding, thick rough, and several strategically placed waste bunkers add to the links feel as do the whipping winds that blow across the golf course daily. There are enough challenging holes to please seasoned golfers but it's still gentle enough for beginners to tackle with confidence. The fourth hole is one of Innisfil Creek Golf Club's most memorable. This par 3 is nearly all water with a massive pond in front of the small green and a creek running behind it.

SLOW pace, no carts, employees golfing
This is the second time I’ve played this course with my friends and let me tell you, if you love taking 20 minutes per hole and waiting with another group at the tee, this is the course for you. It took our three sum 4 hours on a cart to play 18 holes here.
This place does not know how to stagger their groups and is clearly not run well. We got to our tee off at 5:20 to find out there’s still a group waiting to go, THEN, an employee finishing his shift hoping on before us. Terrible.
The quality of golfers at this course is brutal. Your head better be on a swivel because balls are being shanked everywhere, and we witnessed at least 3 groups hit more than one ball each off the tee. 80% of people who play this course need to be at the range. We couldn’t believe how slow some people were to the point we had to yell ahead “let’s go!” and we are polite golfers.
This place needs some serious management because it seems the workers do as they please and play when they want. At 7pm the clubhouse closes and they all go play, meaning you can’t use washrooms or in our case, get a rain check because it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to play 9 holes and the sun was setting.
We will never play this course again which is disappointing since the actual course is pretty fun. But waiting 10 minutes to tee off every hole is ridiculous and will ruin the game for anyone. Don’t play here.
Great time
I hadn't played yet this year and had driving by ICGC many times. The price was right for 'remember how to swing' round. It was a more challenging course than expected and they had done an amazing job with course upkeep as the seven days prior were scorchers. The (small) greens were receptive and ran true.
I will be coming back.
Great deal
Great course. Don’t let the length fool you. Lots of trouble if you don’t keep it straight.
Great course hidden gem
This is a great course something for everyone. Variety of challenges and not too busy. Always find a t time
Great Golf
I have played this course 3 times this year it's in great condition. This course is challenging but playable for the average golfer has 3 sets of teys makes it fair for all handicappers. The Staff where friendly and helpful it was an enjoyable day.
I thought the layout was confusing
We found our selves lost a few times. We even had to pass a twosome teeing off to get to the green we ended up on but it was the right way to the green
I’m sure the greens are usually nice but obviously they had been recently aerated and it really made putting difficult.
Overall I did like this coarse and would play it again
Innisfil Creek Golf
Not aware of the greens being aerated at time of booking tee time...but course was in great condition as always. Always a pleasure to play here!
Great course
Par 70 lots of water you get challenged. Great for everyone
Was fun.
It was fun to go out to play at Innisfil creek. Quite windy probably was affected by skirts of storm. Lots of water hazards add interesting and amusing factors but wind made it very tricky. Well maintained fairways, greens and roughs. Staffs were very friendly. One thing the course can improve would be men’s washroom. No urinal, only two toilet seats.
Overall great day at Innisfil Creek.
Cheers!!
Great condition, friendly staff but poor layout
Course is in very good shape and holes are challenging but the course layout is very confusing . Had to ask twice where next hole was. Couple holes had you halfway in next fairway going back toward tee off blocks of next hole, not very comfortable when people driving. The staff and grounds crew were exceptionally helpful and friendly . I would rate this course much better if not for layout
Great course for the money
I have been playing this course for the las 9 years and it had improved a lot. The greens are in great conditions, the fairways as well, with some small exceptions.
It doesn’t have a driving range and the clubhouse and washroom are very simple.
It is a small course but it has lots of challenges, lots of water.
I recommend.
Great for a short game challenge
Better be good with your drives and flop shots. Lots of tight hazards which also make the course picturesque.
