Innisfil Creek Golf Course

About
Innisfil Creek Golf Club was modeled after the traditional links courses of the Scottish seaside. It's a seemingly short layout at 5,674 yards from the back tees but don't be fooled. An abundance of water and an undulating terrain that ranges from subtle to dramatic will keep you on your toes. Contoured mounding, thick rough, and several strategically placed waste bunkers add to the links feel as do the whipping winds that blow across the golf course daily. There are enough challenging holes to please seasoned golfers but it's still gentle enough for beginners to tackle with confidence. The fourth hole is one of Innisfil Creek Golf Club's most memorable. This par 3 is nearly all water with a massive pond in front of the small green and a creek running behind it.

Nice course, great value
Bring extra balls! There is a creek and/or pond on every hole LOL. It's a flat course, great for walking. The course is in good shape, the greens are very slow! There is no clubhouse or anything, both times i went on a monday, you check in at the starters hut and tee off. There is a tent with what looks to be a proshop but it hasnt been open the two times I was there. Overall, this course is a good challenge and priced fairly. $40 to walk, $60 to ride. Enjoy!
The greens are in excellent condition and of ample size by comparison to other courses at this price point ($80 with cart primetime).
Save for a few holes, there isn’t a lot of room to spray the ball off the tee; so if you’re prone - come with enough balls to last the round (or go for a hunt - you’ll find some).
There is a fair amount of trouble from trees and water to be found off the tee - which increases the difficulty of this track.
Given the way the course is laid out - in primetime - it slows the pace of play from the 4th hole onward. You’ll still get through the round in about 4hrs - but you could do it in closer to 3-3.5hrs if it wasn’t for back to back drivable par 4’s on 5&6.
However, you can score fairly well too with multiple drivable par 4’s (275yds or less) if you’re accuracy is dialled in.
Good course
I can see afternoons/evenings being very backed up due to how short the course is and the layout. However it makes for a very unique course with tons of water and very tight landing zones
Golf now frost delay
Golf Now customers don’t get notice or alerts 1.5 hour delay.
Fantastic weather
The course was once again in great condition. Pace was pretty steady. Highly recommend it.
