About
The three nine-hole courses at Oak Gables Golf Club are each named after trees that can be found blanketing the gently rolling hills. Though the landscapes are similar, the Oak, Maple, and Pine Courses each manage to offer something a little different but they are all player friendly enough to be enjoyed by a wide range of skill levels. The Maple Course is touted as “the pride of Oak Gables,” but the Oak Course offers just as challenging a round. The golf course opens with its toughest hole, a lengthy par 5 that is routed around and over a large pond on the left. There is also a creek that cuts right across the fairway. The six par 3s are a unique feature of the layout, ranging in length from 125 yards up to 188. It’s a golf course that will test your skills in a variety of different ways.

Good for your confidence
Overall a short course with lots of wide open areas. Some tough holes that appear inviting but are protected. Course was dry and had some unfortunate big bounces and the greens were a bit bumpy causing some putts to turn unexpectedly. Overall the pace of play was fast (18 holes under four hours with minimal waiting) and it was a good confidence booster for my short iron play.
Very disappointed!
I play this course every week and have been mislead several times as to what I'm buying.
I've paid for certain courses on golf now and when I show up they have a tournament going on and I have to play different courses!! Not only is it a let down but the staff for the most part are rude and have little knowledge.
I have gone to clean my balls and found a lot of the ball cleaning stations either empty to or have a rancid odour!! I'm very disappointed in oak gables!!!
Not a recommended course
The overall experience I had was terrible, myself and my friends won't be back or won't recommend this course. To start the owner of this course was rude and disrespectful just because we were a group of 3 that booked through golf now. Another thing is the grounds crew should leave the golfers alone and not say anything while we're trying to play it's not your job. The regulars/members are impatient because finishing 18 in less than 3 hours wasn't good enough I had them play a ball while we're on the green of a par 3 while being cursed at. The rate I paid for this course was great through golf now because what the course charges is just ridiculous.
Value for the money
I enjoyed this course it is great for improving your short game......would and most likely in the near be going back to play here ...great for the money.

A lot of fun as group on pine and maple or with the wife on oaks. great experience
2 hour roun
Played as a single, was able to finish my round in 2 hours...great course to play after work and still be able to finish before dark!
Good course if you're in a hurry! Super nice people!
No sand..all the traps are grass. No water...saw a stagnant pond on one hole and it was far from the playing area. Course is short with two par 5's. Price was excellent, but matched what you get out of it, so there is value. Staff were super nice. It's a fun, brief, not too challenging round. Greens were in good shape, fringe was rough. Layout was a bit confusing, but there are signs all over the course to help you find your way.

Quick and Easy
Booked last minute.. showed up 10 minutes prior to tee time and still tee'd off on time. The staff was friendly, as well as quick and efficient. Course is fun, short with a few challenging holes. There were no golfers in front or behind us so we had no problem finishing our round in around 3 hours. I would go back again for sure.
Hidden Gem
Well maintained 27 hole, short par course. Great for iron practice and Eagle "attempt" on the par 5 :) Amazing for the price if you get the "Hot Deal".

Enjoyable round of golf. Excellent, accommodating staff. Short courses but plenty of challenges and picturesque
Course very rough
This course is in very rough condition . The course has many ruts and the fairways have lots of clover growing; hard to see ball. Not very well groomed.
Enjoyable round
Played at 7:30AM so pace of play was good and course is in good condition. Course is short but challenging, staff very friendly and helpful. Look forward to playing this course again soon.
The course is friendly
This is the first course I have ever played that had not a single bunker. The holes were fairly straight, making the course almost too easy.
For a high handicapper like me (28), I would say that the experience was really pleasant. The personnel were friendly too, making it attractive for me to want to go back.
Had a great time
I had a great time at Oak Gables. Would recommend it to any of my friends looking for a nice course for a great price. Will definitely be going back soon
Challenging enough for me, having only been playing 3yrs.
I live close by but have never played the course until now, saw in on Golfnow (Hot Deal), which made it even better, excellent staff, very attentive and extremely friendly.
Hope to play again soon!

A great course for the money. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the grounds were well kept all things considered. Would definitely play here again.
easy short course
I enjoyed the course but
-Their was no information given me on course layout so I had no knowledge of where to shoot for when I could not see the flag
-it was not always clear where to find the next hole
-an open course on most holes but deep grass in places made for frustrating ball losses
