This is a better than good golf course.
I have played this course numerous times and enjoy it every time.
Not many forced carries from the tee, but one should hit from the appropriate tees according to their handicaps. It is usually in very good shape and I like how the holes are laid out with a fine mix of water and bunkers to keep you on your toes when approaching the greens. It's also a mix of parkland and links style holes that are appealing to the eye. The rough though, can be punishing, depending on how and when they cut it. It can be deep.
Overall, one of my favorite courses to play in southern Ontario.
Fantastic Golf Course
You can't beat this golf course for the layout, condition and rates. It's by far my favourite course in London and area.
beautiful course with great features
The course is challenging and yet not overpowering.
Nice course, but not as friendly as I remember it.
Played for the first time in years, remember it being a nicer place, but I was not happy with staff, they seemed bitter about a lot of things on the course, although the girls in the clubhouse seemd much happier to be alive!
A great course for the money.
Forest City National is a beautiful, challenging course that rewards good shots and penalizes misses.
Solid course real friendly staff
had a great round..pace was good and course was in A 1 shape
Challenging design. Good risk/reward holes.
Always enjoy playing this track. For the most part it is forgiving off the tee but approach shots must be accurate. They just top dressed the greens so putting was not a factor on last round but they should be fast and true after they finish. The GPS was very helpfull and it worked flawlessly.
