The Upper course
The course condition is pretty good as had been raining for a few days and the course was dry with no water issue. The maintenance staffs are working to cut down the rough as quite long n finding the balls are not easy thus slowing down play. Our twosome needed four n a half hour to finish the round. Overall the fairways n greens are in good condition except some greens still had aeration marks. Check in was quick n staff and marshall very friendly n polite. Beverage cart always around to serve players. Price still on the high side for this course.
Good value for money
Overall hard to beat the price but it definitely comes with a cost. Cost attractive to beginners and no marshals on the course led to a near 6 hour round. Course was reasonably well maintained but there were 2-3 greens with a ton of divots in them that made putting near impossible
Remington Parkview Upper Course
We got a Hot Deal for $50 to walk, which is good value. The course is in good shape thanks to the rain. Some of the greens were aerated so they were slow. The pace was terrible. I saw no marshals trying to speed up play. That's my only complaint. At $50, this is good value. Th regular $70 to walk is just unreasonable.
Great day for golf at a an excellent golf course.
Wonderful golfing experience at Remington Parkview. From booking, reception, starter, course condition, pace of play - 4 hours 15 minutes during prime time for two on a cart and one walking, restaurant to rest room facilities, all excellent. We will be back. Highly recommended!
Great value for the money
Very friendly staff good course layout only negative would be more sand in the bunkers.
Value for money
Very apt that you ask me for a review. Been playing here for 10 years and even selected parkview for a CIBC retirees event in 2019. However yesterday we teed off at 10:15 and the round took almost 5 hours !! We were behind 4 groups playing a “best ball” game and they were all in carts. They waited to tee off on par 4’s until the group ahead were 275 yds out and they were hitting it 180yds!! Putting out routinely took 5/6 minutes alone.
Washroom facilities
The course urgently needs a few portable wash rooms, especially for the ladies, around hole # 15.
There are no wash rooms facilities available from hole # 12 to #18
