Poor Conditions
Considering it's the beginning of June- this course was in very poor shape.
The regular practice green was closed and the current practice greens were much faster than the course; never mind the actual condition of the greens. Do people not fix ball marks at this course? There were lots of muddy and bumpy spots on the greens.
The tees were also in rough shape with sod and uneven lies throughout.
I've been playing Parkview for nearly 2 decades and this was the worst shape I've ever seen the course.
So disappointed...
Great course layout and condition
Great looking course with great views from some holes. One of the greens needs a bit of love but everything else was immaculate. Valley is has a couple shorter par 4's but with its own share of challenging holes, it is a great course overall. Would definitely recommend!
Good Course, overall.
The Valley Course is quite beautiful.
A nice course overall, the only “issue” is the accessibility of the club means you sometimes get the odd idiot not respecting the course or caring about those behind them. Unfortunately it only takes a few bad apples to ruin it for everyone. Maybe the Marshall could be making more frequent rounds and it might help. Maybe.
But other than that, a good course.
Easy travel distance.
Valley course was in reasonably good shape. Round was played in barely over 4 hours.
