St. Clair Parkway Golf Course

About
St. Clair Parkway Golf Course is situated along the shores of its namesake river. The parkland layout has wide, forgiving fairways and greens that are subtly undulating, making them difficult to read at times. The greens are well known also for their size, some of which measure in excess of a quart of an acre. There are lakes and streams that come into play on several holes as well as strategically placed sand bunkers. St. Clair Parkway's finishing hole is the course's signature, a reachable par 5 that is characterized by the tree located in the center of the landing area. It also requires a tricky shot over a creek to a large, heavily protected green.

Great course
Great course with nice fairways and massive, true greens. Some forgiving holes and some challenging holes for the average golfer. Been pretty slow if you go mid day because its so busy, but still worth it everytime.
Brutal
Tee time was booked for 1037, didn’t tee off until 11:15 the course was to busy we couldn’t even get 18 holes in and we were at the course for 5 and half hours, brutal service for the money it costed would never go back
Good Value Golf
When I played, the course was in good shape from tees through to the greens - minimal bare spots in the rough, none on the fairways. Greens very fast and true (awesome) but didn't hold too well unless perfect contact with less than a wedge. On a number of holes, you had to try to run the ball up and hope for the best - not ideal on a parkland-style course. Can play as long as you want it to so pick the correct set of tees based on how far you can consistently drive a ball - please be honest with yourself. Noted this was an issue with many groups we saw playing hitting hybrids or 3-woods into par-4s for 2nd shot. For those who haven't played this course, it is worth a round. There are a few elevation changes but, for the most part, the course plays quite flat. Be sure to do more than just hit the green though as you'll likely 3-putt all day. Staff and marshalls very friendly as were the other golfers on the course. Would play again.
Live in London still come down to play the big greens
Lovee the course greens are fast and so happy the tree on 18 wasn't in the way .
Challenging course
Course has been in excellent condition even considering the poor weather and lots of wet conditions this year. New traps on several holes have added to the challenge. Pace of play usually good. Greens have been very good all year. Staff very friendly and meals have been excellent. Forward tees have been very popular with some shorter hitters giving them the opportunity to really enjoy their game.
on line posting
Play St Claire parkway course a lot. Right now disappointed that there have been no posting of tee times for weeks now! Notified golf course they stated a problem between servers of Golf Now and the course. Called Golf Now and they said they would look into it and get back to me. That was four days ago and still no response! Sad we pay all this money for memberships and this stuff happens? Would like to see posting of tee time for St Claire Parkway golf course as soon as ppossible
pace
Very slow, saw a five some ahead, a couple was inserted in front of us at the 10th hole.
