Beechwood Golf & Social House sprawls across gently rolling hills dotted with natural water features and trees, providing a terrain that is ideal for golf. The championship layout features fast, undulating greens and carefully contoured fairways. Ponds come into play throughout along with meandering creeks and streams. There are also a few strategically placed bunkers in play. Beechwood Golf & Social House's finishing hole is notable for both the scenery and challenges it offers. To begin the hole you need a precise drive between out-of-bounds on the left and a creek to the right that cuts into a landing area, and then you must make a skillful second shot to a triple-tiered green that slopes towards the creek's edge.

Had to cancel cause lots of rain
Should have yo pay a fee for never being able to golf cause of rain
Owner owns two courses one he keeps up and one he ignores. This is the one he ignores. Poor tee box grass. Lots of bare grass spots. Greens needed ball mark’s fixed. Layout was interesting.
Awful conditions
The elder man behind the cash seemed annoyed and not pleasant to see us. The starter seemed nice, with a few pointers which were appreciated since having not played there before.
Course was in horrible shape, burnt greens l, generally ill repaired fairways.
Not very clear in some of the holes in which direction to go tee off
Nice course, great price, facilities was great! Enjoy our round, pace of play was slower then we liked, but all. All we enjoyed course
Worst greens in Niagara
Should hire the greens keeper at Grand Niagara for consulting

2) How to fix the problems
Rough does not need to be as thick as it is. Speed up play.
Water Park is happy they are not in last anymore.
Possibly you can tell Grand Niagara on where to get sand for exchange of green tips.
Beechwood Golf
The course is making improvements from years past but still struggle with their tee boxes and greens. Very few level tee boxes and so many unrepaired ball marks on the greens. 2 greens had been flooded before we played on them, made it impossible to putt and 2 greens have visible damage. Likely cause by a cold winter.
Hole 13 requires some over head limbs to be trimmed over the tee box. Playing from the back blue/gold tees, it is hard to keep a short iron low enough to not have the branches interfere.
The hospitality side was great, the starter, restaurant crew and pro shop staff were very friendly and kind.
Great course
We enjoyed the course. At times a bit challenging for novice golfers. Some tee blocks not in good shape. Greens were a bit slow. Fairways were in good shape. We had a bit of Cary trouble but staff replaced it very quickly. Thank you. We will be back for sure
Conditions were terrible
Trees down everywhere, rough not cut in months, tee blocks are very dead, fairways spongy. Garbage in parking lot first thing in the morning. It was a terrible experience start to finish we left after 13 holes.
Terrible conditions
Lots of fairways are under construction. Unplayable. Sand traps are mud.
Course is pretty rough
Lots of mud and missing grass on fairway. Packed so many into a Friday night we were waiting 15 min+ at every hole with at least 1 group waiting behind us as well. Won’t be back.
X course has 8mproved
Played 3 years ago when course in poor shape. Many improvements aince then inxluding trimming shrubs and bushes. Traps have had major work done and are very good. Fairways and greens are fair to good. Looking foeward to continued improvements.
