With a location tucked away between the Niagara Escarpment, the Bruce Trail, and the Welland Canal, Royal Niagara Golf & Country Club offers 27 scenic holes. The Iron Bridge Course is one of the three nines at the club. The first hole runs across the magnificent Iron Bridge, which passes over the rambling waters of the Welland Canal. There are undulating greens and deep, well placed bunkers throughout the golf course. Although all of the courses at Royal Niagara Golf & Country Club are equal in difficulty and beauty, each layout is unique with an interesting set of challenges that pose a formidable test for players of all skill levels.

Course layout
This is one of those courses that you stood on the tee and said where is the green which way is the fairway going where do we hit too. After way too may holes like that I said I'll never come back. Not a good experience.
Thought it would be good it wasn't many other courses in Niagara on the lake that are much better.
Not expensive so I guess you get want you pay for
Local Knowledge
Great course with good conditions and a fair test. Almost every hole has some trick to it that, had you know at the tee box, you might have played differently. Greens are very undulating for Niagara.

I was teamed up with 2 other golfers and it couldn’t have gone better.
Course was awesome, greens were fast and true.

Great afternoon of golf
Course was in great shape and staff were very friendly. Could have moved a little quicker. The ranger tried to speed things up but some groups were still very slow. Might want to educate some of the golfers on basic etiquette like fixing ball marks and raking bunkers.

Played RN many times … have never seen it in such great condition. Staff are incredibly friendly and service is excellent. Highly recommend.
Great Niagara Golf Course
I been playing this course for decades, and enjoy it. Unfortunately, it rained a lot the day before so it was cart path only.
Great MorningRound
Really enjoyed my first round at Royal Niagara. The course was in great shape and there was a real variety of difficulty within the two (of 3 nines) tracks. We played Escarpment and Old Canal. We were supposed to play Iron Bridge on the back, but there was a huge group on the first tee and the Marshall quickly, and thankfully, moved us to the next nine. The only thing that wasn’t great was the tedious electronic waiver form which could be improved. Staff was great and I’ll definitely be going back again.
good course
We played in under 3 hrs with a 15 min rain stoppage. Signage could be better where paths split.
Course is dead. They have priced it too high. It is a $50 course not more.
