Cobble Beach Golf Links

This is a well designed course that is showing some of the effects of the high traffic it experiences.

Accommodations were disappointing for a golf resort. One person having to sleep on a pullout couch was unexpected.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, Cobble Beach is a very good course, eith a few drawbacks.

If you're looking for an exceptional golf experience, exceptional playing conditions and a wide variety of fun holes, this is your course. With wide fairways, large undulating greens and a course that progressively more difficult as you get into the round, Cobble Beach is a memorable experience throughout. The back nine, especially, has a lot of character, with a finishing stretch that includes the difficult 16th and signature 17th, which is situated near a lighthouse, Exceptional dining and practice facilities complete the experience.

I love everything about Cobble Beach, beautiful location, right on the shores of the Georgian Bay, with a view of the water from every hole on the course. Great course layout, and in excellent condition even late in the season when I visited. A must play for any golf enthusiast.

This is one of my all time favourite courses. The course conditions were impeccable and the greens are some of the toughest I have putted on. Pace of play was relaxing and the green fee included "All day Golf". Every hole has a different vista and view of the bay. Can't wait to return in two weeks

From the time you arrive to the time you finish you can't help but enjoy the day. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The course is awesome with great views of Georgian bay.

Great condition with fantastic vistas and an overall great experience. The greens are fast, large and undulating. The fairways are well groomed, with a good number of traps and wide enough to make your game enjoyable. The front nine allows you to get into rythum. The back nine attacks that rythum right from the get go on #10. You never stop climbing and you keep looking at your card to see if there is a misprint on the yardage.The 12th hole is challenging with the water yearning to swallow the ball the full length of the hole and numerous traps to eat up your drives along the right side. After surviving the 12th you do not get a breather with the #1 handicap Rob's gulch.The rest of the holes do not seem to get any easier since the course has broken your mental game. But rest assure that the last two holes makes it all worthwhile when you look out on the Owen Sound with the sailboats and fishing boats bobbing in the water. No matter the score you want to come back.

this course was in prestine shape.the greens were proably the best i played on ever!! i would definitley recommend this course to anybody that is in the area!!!

Cobble Beach is a gem; definitely a must play for any intermediate golfer.Fairways are pristine, and the greens are quick , but true.
Staff are very friendly, and pace of play is very good. We were able to play the round in just over 4 hrs., and when we did come up to a slower group, they waved us through( just the way it should be). Highly recommend this golf course for anyone vacationing, or travelling in the area. Looking forward to play again.

This course is a gem! My first time out there and will be making a weekend of it yearly going forward. Make your way to cobble beach, it's worth the drive!!
