Just dust
Course is short, and beyond overpriced. Can play a top course in Canada for $20 more just down the road. It’s a par 60 or something. Just don’t waste ur time or money. Beyond overpriced for the layout, experience, and overall quality of the course. Played a 4 and a half hour round. Play a course like PGCC and you’ll have a much better experience
Good Value Shorter Course
Great course to get out and practice without breaking the bank. Shorter course that is great for new golfers.
Great Day
We enjoyed our first round of the season at this coarse. No slows downs good pace played in 3 hours , perfect.

Great little track across the street from the Peterborough Lift Lock
Loved to see the number of junior golfers practising and playing at the Lift Lock Golf Club while we were there. Executive layout with holes that, while shorter, are often challenging. Not a lot of forced carries over hazards. Greens were great, and the course is in overall great shape given the drought we've experienced this summer. We played 18 holes in just over two hours and had a great time. Highly recommend.
Terrible all around
This is the 5th time we’ve been to Liftlock this summer. Every round considerably worse than the last. Terrible playing conditions. Greens and t blocks are a hacked up disaster. Course is a nightmare. Some sections of fairways are like hitting off concrete. I have yet to see a marshal on the course during a round. Pace of play is painfully slow and tee times are frequently pushed back because things are so unorganized. Had a tee time booked for 2 pm yesterday but was not able to tee off until 230 pm because they were so far behind. Yesterday’s round groups were skipping holes just to get around slower groups. It’s an absolute free for all out on the course.
and certainly not worth the price to play.
I’ve played on this course for many years. Was even a member in my younger years. Every season this course seems to gradually get even worse.
I have no desire to return again unless there are some major changes which I do not ever foresee happening.

Despite the dry weather the course plays very well for a short layout Lots of people of all ages
Good for your short game
No holes longer than 300 yds
fairly good condiions given recent heat and lack of rain
Course in poor shape
Course was not in good shape, grass was long on fairways and lots of dead spots on greens. Poor drainage also, course was a bit wet and hasn’t rained in a while.
Great course for the price but the dandilions made it board to find a ball today that didn't gonwhere intended
