Confusing layout.
Some holes have you driving down the cart path directly in to the next hole tee off.
Carts are slow, and the staff don't seem to know what's going on.
Very poorly run.
Attractive girls running the show but no clue as to what to do.
Where are your Marshalls?
This was definitely a huge disappointment. We have played this course many times in the past and loved it. This time, there was no Starter or Marshall to be found anywhere. The pace was held up by a number of groups, including one of seven, who were there to toke and drink, not golf. The beverage cart driver was more than happy to accommodate them. Play was backed up so badly that many groups just skipped a few holes and moved on. We eventually jumped past them, too, and played only 13 holes in 4 hours. We usually do 18 in 3 hours here.
While we still made the most out of our outing, we will think twice before returning. Management needs to do some managing here.
Course in areas was being improved which was not enjoyable but we appreciate the fact that work is being done to upgrade the course
Nice short course
I enjoyed my first round on the course. I’m a beginner golfer and liked the mix of short-long par 3s and 4s. It would be nice if hole 9 finished back at the clubhouse, but it’s a shorter course so playing all 18 holes really isn’t an ordeal even for someone who can rarely make par. The driving range is also great.
Like the course but.....
charging $23 (plus tax) for a cart is ridiculous. Driving a short executive course should not cost anywhere near this much. It doesn't cost that much for a cart on most 6500 yard plus courses. I played nearby Keystone Links course (a far superior course) for 17 dollars on a Golfnow hot deal and that INCLUDED a gas powered cart. Unfortunately, Liftlock is not treatng their members (especially seniors) properly by charging so much for using the carts.. Gas is expensive but nowhere near that expense, even if you factor in 'maintenance/repair' costs.
