Situated just 15 minutes from Ottawa's west end, Richmond Centennial Golf Club is routed through mature woodlands, making it an especially scenic course to visit in the fall. The par-67 course is gentle enough for beginners and juniors, which makes it a great option for families. The golf course originally opened with only one nine in 1967. The front nine has remained largely unaltered over the years, but the back nine that was added later enhanced the course with several challenging elements. The contrast between the player-friendly front nine and the tougher back nine make for an interesting round. Richmond Centennial Golf Club is mostly flat though you will come across a few subtle but tricky slopes. There are also a few water hazards and strategically placed sand traps to watch out for.

Very good value & super friendly staff
The course condition amounts to the money you spent. Not very busy. Very nice staff. Will visit again.
Great course
Had a great experience at this course. Very friendly staff, nice conditions, great weather.
A few holes are semi close together so occasionally you’ll need to keep an eye out for balls in your fairway in the front 9 but this was a minor inconvenience compared to everything else that was great about this place. Will come back again.
Rise in course condition
Although the layout of this course is poor, the course conditions have definitely increased considerably since the last time I played here roughly 5 years ago. The fairway grass was very good and the greens were great.
Amazing green complexes!
The greens were impeccable! The layout is kind of a strain but really fair and fun course!
Great day at Richmond!
Fun course. Not super long but still a good challenge. Very friendly ownership and quite a social place.
Good course conditions considering the hot dry weather
The course was in very good shape considering the heat and lack of rain. Pace today was excellent and the course was not crowded.
The draught continues
The course was quiet yesterday with only 4 other golfers out. The distraction of the other four who were in carts, was that they were behind us on the 1st hole when we were on the green. Then they were in front of us hitting off the 3rd tee when we were in the 2nd fairway. Then we were on the 2nd green and they were now behind us on the 2nd fairway. Then as we played the third hole, they were now on the 4th tee, and finally they continued forward. Very confusing and distracting but we took it in stride as finally there was no one behind us and we were able to enjoy the rest of the game on a course that continues to impress us with the fairway playing areas and greens being in excellent condition although we are in draught conditions. .
Fair price easy play
Quick pace, friendly country course. Not high end but good for getting out.
