Richmond Hill Golf Club

I played this course earlier this year and was impressed. Boy has that changed. Tee boxes were in terrible condition. Greens were completely pockmarked with ball marks. Fairways were okay, but wet in several areas. Too much money for current conditions.

One of the course rangers came racing up behind right in the middle of our backswing., to tell us to pick up our pace of play. We were hitting our approach shots to the second green. The group ahead of us just drove away from the green and were standing chatting on the next tee. Firstly the ranger had no business getting on us for pace of play and secondly his manner of approach was completely disrespectful. I have always enjoyed playing this course but between the rudeness of the ranger and I feel they are getting over priced I will not play here again.

Course was in terrible condition. Dead grass all Ofer the place, one of the tee boxes was even a mat! Not worth the price.

Had a blast at the courses.

Nicely conditioned, and a great job by the course of getting set up amidst covid but keeping the range open and things working smoothly. Short course, but if you are a long hitter, save driver for the par 5's (a little silly that no one can hit driver on 18 based on the design) and work on your course management and be patient. You'll be well rewarded and have a very enjoyable time.

There were maintenance crews working on at least half of the holes. Very distracting.

The overall condition of the course was average. The pace of play was a little slow. A round of golf should cost $80 no more then that. Carts are gas powered and aren’t very good. Given the location of this course makes it worth the play.
