Pleasant golf course
Golf course well maintained , interesting to play ,
.Mr.
Like to play at this course during the fall season.
Need to play in the summer
Second time playing here and both times late in the season.
Course is in really nice shape. Layout is very good. Nice touch with a course book! Greens recently aerated so they are what they are.
I had a power cart (thanks to the online deal) which was lacking in the power department. Noticed a few carts in that category. Didn't impact the round at all.
Definitely need to play here in peak season. I think it will be a great bang for your buck track.
Good course with fair price
Worth the drive from Waterloo.
Payment
I used a rained out card for one player with a cart. However I noticed that my credit card was used. I had given my card to reserve. The attendant accepted the card but for some reason the cash payment went through. Can my account be reimbursed.
Windy at Wildwinds
Overall course in good shape, greens very quick (however golfers need to fix their ball marks, fixed many on every hole) Fairways around greens very shaven so very tight lies, putting was definitely wise choice when into the grain. Front was slow waiting on every tee, opened up on back. Round was just under 4 hours. Definite challenge walking with all the ups and downs and distance between a few holes. The player I was teamed up with walked and it was his first time playing here and said would not walk it again
Amazing place which has great variety!
Always love this place. Been three times and always had a beautiful day. Not sure how they know! Staff is friendly and great conditions. Offers good variety.
It's true to its name and gets very windy!
I don't think it's the longest of courses. If you're advanced I'd play from their Black Tees. Blue and white are not that long overall. This place is great for those trying to break a 100. But again if you're advanced I think you'd like to play the blacks. The course does have some challenging greens and approaches if you've never been which I find great.
Overall good challenge and always love coming here.
Excellent Course for its cost
I have been playing Wildwinds for years. Just too mamy Canada Geese on the final hole and on the 29Aug2024, there were an extremely large flock of seagulls before the 17th. hole.
These birds make it difficult to locate your ball sometimes.
