Garden City Golf Course

We were pleasantly surprised. The course was nice and green and in good shape. Greens were in good shape. Great value for $17 per player/walking. Will definitely go again. Staff was friendly. Course was unusually quiet but that was to our advantage. We had a lot of fun. Nice little City owned golf course.

Improvements are being made to the course. Some greens were in rough condition. Burms allow for privacy in holes. You want to stay away from the long grass.

I always play this course but i think they opened too early, it was way too wet in a lot of areas , a really messy walk, grass was too long in a lot of areas causing balls to just disappear, the greens were ok but it was like a bog in places, they should have warned us .

Always enjoyable and great for the price

It didnt start well. When we selected our carts( included). Both carts were in rough running condition,we changed carts and headed out. There was some minor ground work in progress but did not hamper play. The greens were very good. The fairways were cut at a decent level that didnt hinder the swing or ball travel. Overall condition was very very good. My sos's and myself will be back to play again. Very enjoyable round

We played it for $10+tax and fees for 18 and cart. That was a great value. The course itself is more aimed for beginner golfers and retirees. It's in decent shape. I wouldn't pay any more than $20

As per usual the staff at the course were AWESOME, and i will continue to play there

Good value and great par threes for practicing short game

fairways in acceptable condition due to lack of rain and extreme heat. greens in excellent conditions.

very little traffic on course as we played a Monday at 0900. time to complete 18 holes 2 hours 30 minutes.

hole to hole indications could be better and walking 18 holes would not be recommended.

My only criticism is that you need a mask due to the dust on cart paths if you are behind anyone. It would be great if they watered or put something down to eliminate the dust.

Otherwise, the course was in nice condition other than the amount of water on one hole, looks like they were having problems with their water system., could happen anywhere.

Golfed on a Tuesday morning, not many people out, great deal from Golf Now. Course was in excellent shape. Took my Father-in -law who though living in St. Catharines all his life, had never golfed at "the dump" We both had a great time. For some reason can't find it on the golf now app, only on the computer.

Had a great time - employees very friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable - experience.

I played the course during the summer and the condition was fairly good but now they have let it go as if they have given up for the year

staff very friendly - some greens being top-dressed - and staff suggested we could play extra holes due to same
greens - okay - back 9 - scenery nice

This is great value and fun course for intermediate players

It is owned by the city and although they have added some new sand to the traps the greens and Tee boxes were in rather sad condition.I believe that many of the golfers there don`t take the time to repair ball marks and just don`t care if they cause damage to the course or not.I use to really enjoy playing there.If it was not for the hot deal we got from Golfnow we would of played somewhere else.

good course to practice teeing off with irons. greens always in great shape at this course. took a beginner because course isnt too overwhelming
