About
Rockway Vineyards Golf Course offers an 18-hole championship round with the Niagara Escarpment and the Rockway Conservation Area serving as the backdrop. The course sprawls across the vineyards of the Rockway Vineyards Estate Winery. The rolling landscape provides tricky elevation changes and there are numerous ponds and bunkers throughout the golf course. The layout features large, sculpted greens and fairways that are flanked by more than 60 sand bunkers. The front nine features a challenging set of par 4s and fast, undulating greens. Vineyards's back nine begins gently with short approach shots and birdie opportunities but becomes more challenging once you hit the 13th hole, a par-4 dogleg left.

late season golf
course was in great shape group in front a little slow but we were a twosome so that didn't help greens were nice.
Employees were great
Starter, and proshop guys were great, good experience

Nice course
2nd time playing the course. Nice course, challenging but the pay of play was very poor on the back 9. No Marshall but all things considered it was a nice round for a sunny fall afternoon.
Cool day
Great to be able to play golf still in November course in great shape greens were excellent played as a twosome so pace seemed slow but got done in a little more than 4 hours
Club Champions my foot
My buddies & I went out for a nice fall round of golf, we were told the 3 foursomes in front of us were area club pros and club champions. The first group played from the tips the 2nd group from the Golds and the group right in front of us from the blue tees. By the 5th hole the first 2 groups were a hole and a half ahead of the last group. Do you think they would pick up the pace? Not on your life. Plus on the back their buddy the starter drove up to them and started chatting with them…really? They had no idea of course etiquette and even putted again while we waited in the fairway.

Greens were in great shape not punched yet but soon Tuesday l heard l can’t say anything bad about it
Fall golf
Course was in excellent condition for this time of year. Greens were very fast and true. To bad the season is coming to an end.
