Excellent course great value
Greens still seeded but will be excellent come may. Beautiful course. Excellent value
Nice to revisit ICC.
Staff was very friendly. Got there early don't need to wait. Green still in good condition.
New Management
Played this course a number of times through the years and it always seemed a bit of a pasture. New management has spent some bucks and there has been quite an improvement, new club house and washrooms (not before time), they`ve cleaned out all the ponds, brush and generally improved the course. The greens are as good as any in the region and they were lightning fast the day we played. It`s quite open and you have to hit it quite a bit off line to get in trouble, however, it`s not an easy course.
good deal
played all 3 nines in under 5 hrs. greens were in good condition, fairways were dry but not alot of rain lately so that was expected. plays long from the whites so if your not a long hitter gold tees are a better option. needs work on their traps as sand is mostly dirt. overall a good day and will be back.
No beverage girl, driving around on hottest day of year
The women that works the pro shop and signs you in is clueless. So slow just figuring out how to punch in tees. I bought a water and Gatorade before round ,but because it was so hot those were both gone by the 5th. No beverage girl during 18holes. This course needs to be run by people that understand what you expect when you play golf. Please get a new front desk person and hire beverage girl for peak hours.
hot and sticky but quick
things are drying out but they keep the greens and tees nice. beer was cold. staff was pleasant.
I can see great potential for this course
The course has great potential and I can see that work is being done on the course, adding sand bunkers etc. The greens are in great shape. The pace of play was very good.
Ground under repair
Forced to played the Blue 9 twice because of a disorganized scramble tournament. There were no fairways that could be remotely considered a fairway. They resembled ground under repair or something trampled by livestock. Greens were incredible slow. Only one bunker had even the slightest amount of sand, most were filled with hard baked mud or had grass growing in them. This is the latest 9 and should not be open for play.
Diamond in the rough
Great course. Blue 9s are very challenging and white is vey tough ax well
ICC on a Sunday afternoon
Great pace of play. Hit the ball straight on the White Course and life is easy . If not, the rough is a big challenge. Greens were soft and nice to go after the pins. Good day, good price. I will be back within a week. Bunkers need some work.
I.C.C Golf
hard fiarways...ball runs a lon g way..greens are soft ...holds the ball on greens ..when hit from the fairway ...bunkers need a lot of work ...very poor bunkers...new owners ...it take time to upgrade the course...over all I enjoy it...you well to...if u like a long course...enjoy...
ICC
Enjoyed the course and the staff. Did no use food r beverage Facilites.
Cheap course cheap conditions
You get what you pay for ...not worth a long travel ..I'd compare it to scenic woods very open not challenging course in poor shape
Hit and Miss
We played this course on a Sunday afternoon, myself and a friend. We are casual golfers, once a week types. We played the Red and White courses, and generally enjoyed the round. The red course runs around the outside of the White course, and we found that it felt very tight and ran the risk of hitting into the opposite course on several occasions. At several points, golfers from the other hole were hitting right at us, and us at them - not the best layout, as a slight slice or mis-hit could be quite dangerous. Overall, the course was nice and well kept, but the standards for the grass length were frustratingly long. Even the fairway grass was quite long, which made for more difficulty than you would expect from a good drive in the middle of the fairway.
You can tell there is work being done to improve the course as well, so I would in general say it was worth the money we spent to play.
Great Deal
First time playing the course. The starter was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The Blue course plays tight and quite challenging, but very enjoyable. Greens in great shape, just hoping they bring back a few of the fairway bunkers!
Long but good
For a high handicap golfer this course is very long playing near 6500 yards from the white. That being said the course is wide open and very fun to play for the grip and rip player like myself. I have played the RED to WHITE option 2 times. There is also a BLUE 9 which I'm told is longer and more difficult then the other 2. I would highly recommend giving this course a try.

Hello Golf Channel Review,
First of all, I should mention that in our area, we had a lot of rain in the previous 12 hours, leading up to our tee time at 9:15 a.m.
I found the course fairways to be very well drained.
There was very little standing water. We did play the lift clean and place.
The fairways were lush, and well defined from the rough.
The rough was thick, but played fair, if the proper club was used, I found.
The greens I found to be running a bit slow, because of all of the rain that had fallen. But the greens ran true, and not a lot of undulation.
The staff I found to be very friendly, and actually there are quite a few guys, who joined this golf course because of the great reputation that it has.
There is a new club house that is very large, and they are just completing construction.
The golf carts are new, at least to my amateur eye, and they run very well.
The course is very well laid out, and some holes are more difficult than the others.
There are five sets of tees, Blue, White, Gold, Red, and forward...Yellow, Red.
The course has 27 holes...The White Course, the Red Course, the Blue Course.
Over all I would give the course an excellent Rating.
I first was a member of this golf course in 1990, but I did play this course prior to this date.
There have been a lot of improvements, along with the addition of additional golf holes.
The International Golf and Country Club is a Great Venue to go and play a round of golf with your friends. Also you can go to the golf course by yourself, and you will always be paired up with a group that is not full.
This is also an excellent venue for having a Golf Tournament.
This course is located about 10 or so minutes from Fort Erie, which is just over the Peace Bridge from Buffalo.
Or...
The Golf Course is located about 15 minutes , down the QEW Highway from Niagara Falls Ontario.
Also the course is located about 20-25 minutes from Sherkston Beaches, and camping. if a group plans to vacation in the area.
I found the course to be very reasonably priced.
I went to Golf now. com, and I paid around 29.00-
And the reason I have called this article Chug a Lug, was, because the other member of the group I was playing with are all good golfers, and really fine people.
And after the game I asked what the other golfers had scored, and my score happened to be the highest, I jokingly said…”I scored lower than all of you guys”…To which the Gentleman Golfer answered …Dream On.

Don't know why anyone would give a negative review for this course. Apparently it is under new ownership and they are working hard to fix any and all problems on the course.
The T's were excellent as well as the greens, with not a single green showing any brown marks. Apparently they are not only cutting the greens regularly, but then are rolling them every day.
The fairways do have some brown areas and the remnants of old pot holes, but these are few and far between as they are filling them up and seeding them.
You can see signs everywhere that they are fixing the course up.
This is a good bang for the buck as I booked through GolfNow and got an outstanding deal for 18 and a cart.
magnetic water?
played the white and blue courses. blue has more difficult holes, if only because of river attracting balls.that should not be a problem, but it is. while the par 3s on white and red have water of their own, the blue par 3s are relatively straightforward. it's a great place to check out your skills, get tested and have some fun, all for a pretty good price.
