Great Day to be Golfing
Weather was perfect the grounds crew has done a great job with the course. Putting on the green was slowing than average but very playable. Sand was nice and lose but with no rakes and covid restrictions there were some footsteps which players tried to fix. Based on covid restrictions. I think the staff did an absolutely amazing job and was prepared for a full golf course today KUDOS. Golf carts have never been a great experience at this course and needs to be upgraded soon. They work which is about all i can say.
Great Effort - week done Clublink
First round of the year on a course I play maybe 15-20 rounds a year (Bethesda Grange) Great to see some of the familiar pro shop folks and starters back again... I played in just under 4 hours and never had to wait at a t-box on one single hole, and we were not rushed on any either. Instructions were very clear and made perfect sense in today’s environment. Keep up the great work Rolling Hills team... It’s all gonna be just fine....

Needs a new club house.
Fairways and bunkers could use some grooming.
Good course
Nice staff good course. Very busy tho. Played another course the following day and they had stretched the tee times out more to accommodate Covid 19. Think they should take example from other courses.
Superb Course
The course is very well maintained. The only thing need a better golf cart
Golf Carts in Poor Condition
The golf carts need to be replaced or at least better maintained. They do not start in cold weather and have given me trouble all season long. The carts have a gas engine as well as a clutch but neither work properly. On this particular day, the parking lot was full of golfers trying to start their golf carts and most, like myself, went from cart to cart, trying to find one that worked. Fortunately, the cold, foggy morning pushed the tee times back an hour and my good rating shows that I like playing this golf course. But the golf carts are too old and not working properly.

Double booked
My tee time was double booked and I had to show confirmation for them to add me back in. It was so frustrating. I guess the double booking was serious because there were at least 20 people waiting to tee off. We ended up being delayed for half an hour. Due to the late start, the sun set at the 17th hole and we could not finish the game!
Hi ktl682. I am sorry to hear of your technology obstacles when booking. We would love to hear which booking system you used so we can ensure no future issues arise.
There was a frost day the day of your round which accounted for the 30 minute delay off the tee - when that happens it is frequent for all golfers to stay at the tee to get out ASAP. Unfortunately we can't control the amount of frost this late into the season.

Slow play
The course isn’t bad for the money but you get what you pay for. The pace of play is ridiculously slow. The group in front of us was generous enough to let us play through till we caught up to the next group and had arguement about their pace. They were almost a hole and half behind the group in front of them. I’m not a great golfer but at least stay within the group in front of you not behind.
