Pace of play
The pace of play was terrible, especially on the back 9. We waited for 5 to 10 minutes per hole. For whole #17, the delay was the worst, 3 groups sat there for 25 minutes to wait for their turn to play. We have lost interest and the rest of the game became so not interesting any more. I understand getting more people to play is necessary for your business, but you should not sacrifice your customer's game. It will become bad reputation for your course.
Pace of Play
The pace of play was terrible. We waited from 5 to 15 minutes each hole, the back nine was worse than the front 9. Marshall said that there's nothing he could do about it. It took 5.5 hours to play the round, really tiring to wait like that. Need to control the traffic better.

Bathrooms on the course
I have played at this course many times. The biggest concern is there's no bathroom on the course. The second concern is there are rude players who picked up or played other groups' balls and denied it.

Good course at decent price
Good course for the money. John the starter was friendly with good conversation.
The weather this year hasn’t been great so it was like playing fall golf, only in late June. Course was well kept but a few of the greens had some dirt spots.
Course is very forgiving and if the hole is not a par 3, there is little reason not to pull driver. Overall a fun course that won’t punish the average golfer.

Slow spring...course getting into shape
I enjoyed my outing to Bethesda Grange. It has been a cools wet spring but the course is rounding into shape. I will play this again.

Not worth the money. Greens have NEVER been worse. And when you are right behind the group in front of you and you are told to speed up play. I’ll not return

Just okay...the greens really need work
Yes it was a wet spring and the weather has been cool but the greens could surely have been in better shape. There were a couple of greens where there was more sand showing through than grass. And the catkins from the willow trees were all over the greens making it near impossible to get a clean path. Understandably this was a windy day, but the these things just didn't arrive today. Could really use some maintenance.
The cart we used was way overdue for maintenance - it wouldn't start three of four times and we have to wait it out. Overall, there are other more attractive courses in the area. Too bad. Its a reasonable course to play.

We do apologize as the greens growth has been slowed by the low temperatures and rain - we need more sun light to get the needed growth to bring it back to our expected conditions. We are running roughly 3 weeks behind previous years due to this - I'd love to have you back after Mid-June for a repeat visit.

Came back in June
Unfortunately the weather has had a huge impact on the course - I play it probably 20 times a year and this is by far the worst I’ve seen it in mid May. Another couple of weeks and it will bounce back to a way better state.

It was a power cart on the green day but no push carts were available to make the golf enjoyable end up using a broken handle cart
i wish we were informed ahead of the time that no power cart was available and staff made the day un enjoyable

Easy to get on
Course was very busy as the weather was amazing when the golfing season is coming to an end so everyone was trying to get those last rounds. Have played this course a number of times when the pace of play has always been good. I guess t was just one of those days!

Great day. With a just a few miscues.
3rd time playing Bethesda. Starter allowed us to tee off 40 min early since we arrived early. Was great. Very friendly staff all around.
No chef so there was little to eat sandwich wise which was disappointing as I skipped breakfast hoping to snag a quick bite.
Course was an A+. Greens really roll. A tad slow on the front, but group ahead let our twosome through and we cruised through the back 9 to finish in 4.5 hrs.
We saw a beer cart from a distance but it never made its way around to us.
Friendly course. Lost only 1 or 2 balls all day.
May want to layup on the longer creek holes. Hard to carry for an intermediate golfer such as myself.
I’ll be back for sure. Just hope they improve the food/bev.

Great conditions
Course was in great condition. Pace of play was good. Our group very much enjoyed our round here. For the value I'd definitely play again.
