Century Pines Golf Club
About
Century Pines Golf Club features a lush, parkland layout covered in mature maples, oaks, and pines. The trees border the carefully sculpted fairways and there is mild undulation in the large, fast greens that can cause the occasional uneven lie. Water hazards come into play on 12 holes in the form of large ponds and meandering creeks. Several sand bunkers are also strategically placed throughout. Century Pines Golf Club's final three holes are the most challenging on the golf course, possessing the ability to either make or break your score. These demanding holes require deft approaches, especially considering the treacherous water hazards on all three.

Course is in excellent condition
My husband & I used to play Century Pines quite a lot, but we’ve since moved to the Kawartha Lakes area. We had an early appointment, in Hamilton, and decided to play at Century Pines while in the area.
The course is in excellent condition. Tee blocks could use a wee bit of a trim, but the fairways and greens were fantastic.
So glad we got to play one of our favourite courses again.
Fall Golf
It was a windy day...well, it IS southern Ontario, after all. And a little cold. I gave 3 stars only for course conditions because I wasn't told the greens had been recently aerated. I guess that explains the low cost green fee. But I've golfed this course in summer conditions and it's a nice course. You'll need to land your approach shots near the front of the greens. But it may still roll all the way to the back.
It's also an easy walk if your in half decent shape.
Nice fall round
Greens have just been aerorated definetly playing as "2 putt grees"
Played 2 balls for a bit as I was a single, paired up with a twosome as the Foursome ahead of me slowed on the back 9
Nice Course
This was a cold, windy, showery day, but there were many brave (really?) souls out there. I didn't rate the condition of the course better because I was not informed before booking that the greens had recently been aerated. Can this process not be done at the close of the season? Also no indication of "cart path only" until arrival to the course. It was wet, but didn't seem soggy. Other than this I think the conditions were good for fall golf. At least the price was reflective of the conditions. I've played this course a few times and it's been in pretty good shape. I'll be back again.
A complete Joke!
Apparently "we have cored our greens" translates to 12 holes in play but you can "play the same holes to make up your 18". I get it that courses need to maintain their course this time of year but be honest, don't take money when you can't or have no intention to deliver.
Great course for the money
Two of my golfers cancelled making it a twosome and then two other friends were able to book separately for those two spots a few hours later after I paid full price . I haven’t received any type of refund or credit. What is the delay Golf Now/Century Pines?
Overall Just OK
Cart paths not well maintained and hardly any distance marketers and go GPS on the carts.
Didn’t accept cash so for the money and cashless I wouldn’t give them my business again for if other better courses were available. Flamborough Hills is far superior for the money.
