Service was not great. Came in at the 9th and was unable to get food or drinks. No cart person was seen either. A little disappointed but not the end of the world.
Not long but definitely tough
This course isn’t as long as other golf courses but is tough course to master if you’re not hitting the ball straight. The rough is long and there’s lots of it. There’s little margin for error when hitting narrow fairways and you have to fly the greens pretty much as rough is not far away. If you can play bogey golf here you’re doing well.
Good & Bad
Pace usually is very slow here. There is no Marshall pairing twosomes up at #1.. Some holes as many as 3 groups backed up. Tee blocks are non-existent on some holes. No grass .. all dirt! The rough is very ROUGH and DEEP. On the plus side, this course has character!
Ray
Great course. Tough narrow fairways with small greens. Take extra golf balls.
Pine Valley with a friend
First time we have played at Pine Valley in approximately three years and I must say the course has definitely improved. The only thing I can say that still needs improvement would be the tee boxes. Far too many bare spots. But you can tell they are working on it. Overall definitely headed in the right direction. Cheers.
Pine Valley
Course is in much better condition than it was the last time I played there (4) years ago. One area of improvement that they really need to work on are the tee boxes. Grass is pretty sparse on a number of the tee boxes. Other wise no complaints at all.
