Good course for my sons and I
It's a shorter course but challenging. My boys liked it
Great first round of the year!
We had a great first round of the year, the weather was amazing. The course is in fairly good shape for the weather that we have had so far this season. We felt the pace of play was terrific!
Salt Creek
great little course (par 65) but a great challenge there isn't one plat green. Course is in fantastic shape
Not very happy
The weather turned very wet and windy so we quit after 7 holes. We were the only group there. When I asked for a refund it was denied because apparently the course was still open. Ridiculous. I love golf but the weather was impossible, I hope Salt Creek enjoys our money. I won't be back just on principle.
A great short with very friendly staff
Played with 3 other friends and we arrived early for our tee time but we were allowed to tee off immediately. It was a great day.
This course is perfect for a quick game of golf.
The course is in great shape and there is seldom an issue with having to wait.
18 holes can be played by a twosome in a little over 2 hours.
Interesting course
Shorter course with only 1 par 5 (which itself is different). Definitely challenges your shot making ability. Fairways can be narrow with large pines guarding both sides. Par 3's are anywhere from 70 to over 200 yds with the odd large tree between tee and green on one or more. Still an enjoyable round played in less than 4 hours.
Very Nice Short Course
I haven't played this course for about fifteen years until yesterday. It was in great condition. It is a short course, but there are some challenging holes, some scenic holes, and for this time of year it was in fantastic condition. It would appeal to ladies, seniors, and beginners, but is fun to play for low handicappers as well. I'm playing it again tomorrow.
Surprised
First time playing here and was pleasantly surprised. Course was in very good condition and even though it's fairly short it's rather difficult to score on. Greens were challenging. Overall our day was very enjoyable.
NICE FALL COURSE
Enjoyed our day at Salt Creek. Nice fall day to go with a nice course. Will be back.
A couple of wonky holes but overall the course was a lot of fun
Fun couse with good variety of holes for a short course
Had a great day with a warm welcome by staff; Debbie.. Greens being aerated but greens crew were very accommodating turning off the water hole by hole on the back nine as we arrived at each hole ahead of there schedule. We had a fun time and enjoyed the unique layout . Left laughing saying we would be back. Play frequently and have been members at a private club but this experience was a highlight of our season.
I will be coming back
Great course and excellent conditions. Some challenging holes. Worth the drive for me.

Great experience using golf now and the course was in great shape and challenging
Supposed to be 18
It was supposed to be 18 holes but mother nature had other ideas. We managed to get in the front 9, but it started to rain 'with some vigour' while we played the 9th hole. We retired to the bar to wait it out, but it got worse.
The course is very well maintained and the staff is friendly. It should be noted that they don't have a full restaurant but just snacks and beverages. They have added draft beer from a local micro-brewery and our party found it very nice.
We will be returning.
Little Gem
Short course which is perfect for all ages but still a little tricky around the greens and entertaining par 3's.
Lush greens and fairways. A very well maintained golf course which won't burn a hole in your pocket.

A very good course that requires you to play a lot of different shots,and manage your way around.
good value for the money
open course well groomed, can play 18 in 2.5-3 hours.
Good course if you are starting or an average golfer.Thats most people !
They carry sandwiches and locally brewed Northumberland beer. Again good value.
Have now played twice, will go back again.

Fun Course
Enjoyable Day
This course is in great condition the fairways are lush and greens are fast and tricky.
Although this is a relatively short course I think they should have yardage markers available especially on holes where the green is not visible.
A unique feature of this course is a dog leg of approximately 160 degrees.
Great Course
My wife and another couple found this course excellent and we would play there again. Staff were very nice and the it was a lovely day
There are yardage markers at this course, the scorecard indicates that the white stakes on the sides of fairways are out of bounds, and the red, yellow and blue stakes on the sides of fairways are 100, 150, and 200 respectively. They've strayed from the disc/stakes in the middle of fairways. It's only happened twice in my short career, but playing a drop away from a stake when I've make a nice drive is not a good feeling, as I step up for the approach shot.
