About
Situated upon acres of farmland at the eastern gateway to Wasaga Beach, The Links at Georgian Sands boasts many picturesque holes. As its name indicates, the golf course is a traditional links design that features natural grasses and white sand bunkers across a gently rolling terrain. While it is inspired by similar links courses in coastal settings, it possesses its own character with unique challenges and idyllic views. The layout skillfully incorporates several natural water features, particularly on the par-3 fifth hole. This is the signature hole due to the spectacular island green. In addition to the golf course, there is also a driving range and putting green available

Must be a kilometre walk to the First Tee there's construction everywhere don't go
Lots of construction
A subdivision is being built inside the course. The course has suffered a bit due to lack of irrigation. Layout is basic and not much trouble as most landing areas are pretty generous. In my open ion there are better courses in the area like Narlwood or Batteaux Creek.

Don’t waste your time!!
Course hard as a rock!! Fairways have a brush cut!! Some greens have brown patches!! Worth maybe $20.00

Lots of nearby construction. Poorly marked yardage....(not everyone has Range finders) one washroom for whole course located on the 4th hole shared with ninth, and the course does not take you near clubhouse for facility or refreshment use. Could be a very uncomfortable back nine. On a positive note glad to see sand in bunkers this year.

A Work In Progress
This course is settled in the middle of a construction site.
Developer readying the land for future homes.
Very nice layout for the most part, greens in good shape as are the fairways, good sand in bunkers.
No clubhouse, no practice area or putting green.
In 4-5 years this course will be a gem.

Good shape course
The course is in excellent shape considering the amount of rain we've had recently. The greens are in very good condition and fair pin placements.
The staff are friendly and overall provide a good atmosphere to enjoy a round of golf at a better than average course.
COLD, WET AND WINDY
at some point spring will arrive in southern Ontario, but not today.
Weather not withstanding it is a fun little course. Winds were costing me 20-30 yards in distance and took few good swings way off line
we have had extremely wet conditions recently, but course was in very good condition with 3 holes with some sogginess, but were told of this by the starter.
Course is fairly new and not quite 100% finished, It is routed in a large arc through back of new home construction, so a good ride to the first tee and contruction infringes on the first and 18th tee paths.
Proshop is in back of sales office for the housing development,, so no real clubhouse amenities, but carts and ball washers are new and staff is very friendly and accomodating
Layout is decent, pretty tight routing but no holes interfering with others. Tee boxes are all in great shape and fairways for the most part are very good. Greens are , pretty flat and a bit slow, but in excellent condition.
Certainly will check it out again, whenever it gets above 10 C here
Well laid out course with several forgiving fairways and some tricky ones.
Enjoyed our round of golf on thus well maintained track. Great deal on Golf Now.
Great course for the money.
Greens were in great shape. Even though it is a short course it has a few tough holes. There are also a couple of blind holes, but once you play the course multiple times you learn how to play them. I definitely enjoyed my time playing here.
Much Improved Course from previous years
I have played this course once or twice a year for the past 10 years.
The course has had many improvements from previous years. Sand traps and greens are much better than before. The fairways are also improved.
It was a quiet afternoon, so 2 of us played quickly.
Great to see the course improving!
Not as advertised
Course said championship 7100 yard par 72 course. 6500 from the back and par 71. Greens were the only thing on the course that ever gets a drop of water.
Will return..sprinklers do work on greens
Pace of play was great. Did not have to wait for any shot..which we love. Forward tees are placed in an manner that moves the game along.
Unfortunately, the sprinklers were still running on the last four greens..we were unable to play them.
When we arrived at the cart return area, staff knew of the problem and offered to turn off the system and allow us to play them again...nice touch but not necessary...we already gave ourselves a birdie for those holes and went home happy.
