Copperas Hollow Country Club
About
Copperas Hollow is a semi-private, 9-hole country club that is known for being in excellent condition. The track features rolling terrain with pine trees that can alter shots, generally wide-open fairways, and small, well-manicured greens.
Holes 5-7 are tough enough to test the most experienced golfers. The 560-yard, par 5 No. 6 is sandwiched between what are listed as the two toughest holes on the course (the two longest par 4s, which play almost 400 yards).
This is a great place to play, but beware of larger than normal groups, as a marshal is rarely on the course and it is not unusual to see groups with as many as five or six golfers. The price is right and you can pay once and play all day.
Getting there : From Hwy. 36 west, turn right on County Road 316. Follow this road to the golf course, where you’ll see the entrance off Route 5.

One of the best around
I have played here for years, and everytime I am on this course I feel such contentment with myself and golf. I never have any worries about anything, and have shot my best scoreshere.
I work on a golf course and know just how difficult it can be sometimes to keep a course in decent to good playing conditions during the Texas seasons, and Copperas Hollow is beautifully kept through the entire year. Greens roll truer than one of my favorite bands True Widow, and the fairways were excellent despite the recent rain. The greenkeepers are phenomenal and CARE about what they do with, and on, the course. It is refreshing and beautiful.
Not only is the course kept in incredible shape, but the proshop staff's kindness, friendliness, and overall excellence makes it nothing short of top notch. Thank you to everyone that keeps this gem going and making it a beautiful place. Much love.
Awesome golf course there employees are very friendly and generous I recommend this course to everyone that enjoys playing golf
