Short 9 hole executive course.
Welll maintained manicured fairways. Fast green. Wish some holes are little longer as they are really short .
Wet, and challenging
The course layout an the Greens were fair to good. But it was challenging because the fairways on a few holes are changing due to the narrowness and deep woods.
There are a few water hazards that can make you a little nervous. If you are a straight shooter (golf driving perspective), then you will fair well. Most holes are too short in distance, so you don't get a chance to use your drivers. Two may 3 of the 9 holes only. But what can you say about an executive course.
Good for beginners
Tee time management was not good. There was no staff checking tee time at hole 1. I kept getting confused which team was my previous team. However considering the price this course is pretty good especially for beginners. I would recommend this course to my friends.
Good Decent Side Par 3 Executive Course
Played this with a friend trying to get a last minute available tee time coming in from Michigan on an August weekend.
So excited to get out and play, it didn't occur to me that this was a par 3 nine hole course. The description could have been better on golfnow to indicate that.
Other than that, it was a clean short course and was fun to play especially if you're a beginner or just want to practice your short game.
The course conditions have been improved considerably
The course has undergone a marked improvement over the last year. The greens are excellent, the fairways are lush. The tee off areas aren't the best but they don't have enough sun exposure to grow grass... some have mats in place.
I would recommend this course.
