Great course for short game practice.
Although there are a few really short holes, you can still manage to drive off a few. I'm an amateur golfer and not driving over 200 yrds. A few tight fairways make for some challenging play. Pace of play is good, nobody there to rush you. My only issue is the lack of amenities. The washrooms are basically non existant. Over all a nice little executive course and I'll definitely be back.
Nice executive course
For an executive course, it is very well maintained. Fairways were decent and the greans in good shape. Nice to see the new washrooms as well. Here is one bridge that could use some work.
Good short course
The Executive is a short and easy 9 hole course that is good for beginning golfers or those looking for a quick round. It is very flat and lends well to walking. The grounds were well maintained aside from a few areas of poor drainage after a heavy rain the day before.
Beginner course
The course is for golf beginners. Short course but great for inexperienced future golfers.
Executive Course in Good Shape
The course was in good shape and the greens are well maintained. Good value for a 9 hole game improving round. Recommended and will play again.
A hidden gem for practicing your irons and hybrids
This is a hidden gem. Never a line up and affordable, It’s great for practicing your irons and hybrids up to 250 yards. A couple of very short holes at 75 and 85 yards, but other than that its great for practice and a quick round. On the odd chance its slow, its pretty easy to skip around whoever is in front of you, and play the missing holes later. New management has made some improvements. The tee times listed on GolfNow aren’t the only tee times available, but are the most affordable. For other tee times you have to call the pro shop.
Nice exec course
Nice little exec course. Very reasonably price. Mostly flat but great for working on your irons and approach shots.
Fall Golf at Maples
This is one of the most beautiful courses that I continue to go back to, specially during the fall season. The price is always right and even more so with Golf Now. I'm in an out in two hours tops and it's fun and picturesque.
Gorgeous view
Gorgeous course beautiful scenery a must see and great price
Marshalled Off
Played with my buddy from work for the first time this year. We had a 12-ish tee-off, but started with a couple of beers ($8 each) and fooled around on the practice green for a while...when we drove over to the executive course there was only one other car in the parking lot...unfortunately it was a threesome that had just teed off in front of us and they were beginners and quite slow so we skipped the second hole to go to the third hole and were interrupted twice by a marshal on this hole as to what time we had started (about 12:50 pm) and did we have our tags proving that we had paid (they were clearly wrapped around the handle of our golf carts). I was a little put off by this. Course is short and easy so lots of beginners and play can be slow if you get behind them.
Played with my son and daughter who were playing golf for the first time. Course is pretty well open and wide, great for first-timers and beginners. The 9th hole was pretty daunting with a marsh right in front of the green. Other that the last hole, the rest of the course was perfect for my kids first time playing the game.
Very short course, reasonable green
1480 yards and 29 par, short but good for any beginners. The greens are in fair condition compared to others I played recently.
lot of insects and mosquitos, beware.
