The golf course at Heather Ridge provides not only a good game but also spectacular views overlooking the Rocky Mountains. The former private, 18-hole course is 6,106 yards at its longest tees and plays to a par of 70. Renowned golf course designer Richard Phelps designed the course, which opened in 1972. The small greens are undulating and extremely sloped. The course also features narrow fairways and water hazards. The most difficult hole on the Heather Ridge Golf Course is the 10th hole, which is a par-5 that covers 506 yards.

Course in good condition. Staff very nice. Love the starter call over loud speakers. Keeps things organized. Greens good. Course layout is great lots of variety. Recommend, especially with Hot Deal.

Fun and fast greens

Coarse was tight in a few places but played nicely. Greens were undulating and fast. Staying below the hole will help you score.

Club rentals were Cleveland Bazooka Super Game improvement clubs with Uniflex shafts. 80 MPH and higher swing speed makes driver useless. But the course is not too long where that really matters.

Great rate on GolfNow and great twilight rates too.

Goose poop everywhere

The course was very nice and challenging. However there was goose poop everywhere. You couldn’t putt to the hole on some greens due to the goose poop in your line. I played at a course that had 3D coyotes placed which kept the geese away. I recommend doing the same thing here.

Decent course - good value, though

We walked the course and the price was very reasonable. Greens are in good shape, some of the fairways need work. Course itself is kind of blah, but it's still a challenge.

Great course conditions

Amazing course conditions, my only complaint is they made me (a single) share a cart with another random single. Other than that, staff was friendly and accommodating and the pace of pay was great (sub 3.5hr).
