Nice little course. Glad I tried it
Bert at the pro shop was a really nice guy. Give me the lay of the land before I teed off. The course overall is in pretty good shape.
Course maintenance staff needs improvement
I have golfed here a few times with my colleagues and had good experiences. The course layout is pretty good and sometimes the pace of play is a little slow. I was playing by myself recently and maintenance was working on the par 3s. They were driving all over the fairways and walking all over the greens it was very off putting trying to hit a shot with all of the movement in your landing area. I even had two grounds people get into a massive argument about walking on the greens when someone was hitting their shot while I was putting, not making it any easier to put with a shouting match going on. Normally the experience is good but this time it was not.
Very Nice Course
Excellent course conditions. The course has a bunch of challenging shots. Great carts withnew GPS units. Friendly staff.
Stuck up unrealistic dress code
Per the website dress code says appropriate dress required. I show up in under armor golf polo hat and a brand new pair of cargo shorts.
I have golfed at dozens of other place rates higher and lower then here and never had anyone commented on my shorts never mind denied me access to there corse because of them. If your dress code is so strict you should really say something or put it on your site.
Slow play
A nice Course in good condition but be prepared to wait. Played 9 holes took close to 3 hours. I don’t know if it was one group but we waited on every tee and so did the group in front of us. Same with second shots as well. The staff is great and very friendly.
Terrible Customer Service
I wanted to play a round with a caddy to practice for a big tournament coming up and was willing to pay a green fee for the caddy. they not only told me I couldn’t bring a caddy but then told me we couldn’t play. No wonder the place has always been in such terrible shape. Maybe if they knew some customer service I would play there once a week for good practice but I guess they want to keep the course wide open
