You get more than what you pay for!
Accuracy is needed to score, attention is needed to navigate hole layout, and realistic expectations are a must for $18 with a cart!
My round was in perfect weather conditions, in the middle of the day, and with zero traffic on the course.
The course layout is tight in most areas, requiring precision shots to score well. Double Bogey is realistic on every shot if you land yourself on the short side of the hole.
The upkeep of the course matches the price you pay for the 9 holes round with a cart, greens are bumpy in most cases, and bunkers need a little love, otherwise, playing a fun round with rolling it here or there makes a good time.
Pay attention to the instructions for the hole layout, the course is "stuffed and entwined" through an apartment complex so tee to green is not always obvious.
If you play here once, you will play here again, to lower your score because you will understand the layout much better.
I will be back for my $18 fun in the sun.
More challenging than The Greens looks like
It’s a typical community course surrounded by homes within the city limits of Auburn. Course is not in good shape., but what else to expect if you pay only 10 dollars on GolfNow. Course layout is a bit chaotic. It’s easy to miss the right order of the holes.
Just a knock around
Sometimes you wanna just play knock around golf. Try a few shots on the course for practice. This is the place for that. Not in great shape, not well maintained. Quirky layout, definitely would not walk this course.
Good Court but not for beginners
The court is great but when driving around between tee 1 and tee 2 I got confused and other parts of the court may seem confusing to navigate through. The pro shop had very little but that's no big deal. The grass is bermuda and very well maintained and because the court is kind of hidden not alot of people play so the pace is great. Rarely waited on people but the courts are extremely close and one green shares with another making it confusing. If you don't like walking I recommend another course because even with a cart you have to walk 50 to 75 yards away from your cart sometimes. Value of the course is amazing and snacks and drinks are fairly cheap do not drink the water from the jugs. I started to recieve what felt like a stomache virus. Parts of the course are challenging if your just starting golf so I recommend another course unless you want alittle challenging but to a average player it's doable. Highly recommend and I do plan on playing again.
Incredible value!
Course is tight but strategically laid out! Clubhouse staff is very friendly and helpful. For the price to play, I don’t think you can ask for much better! Will definitely return and enjoy my rounds here⛳️
In the best shape I’ve ever seen it
This course is in the best shape I’ve ever seen it. For the price, and given the few public courses in auburn this is a great option - even at just 9 holes.
Poor Condition
9 holes costs roughly 18-20 bucks. Its not a good deal considering the course unless you are trying to play a very quick walkup round, or are just learning the ropes. The Greens are usually in pretty choppy shape. The sand is essentially mud even when it has been several days without rain, and most of the tee boxes are in poor condition. You would definitely be better off spending 5 more bucks and playing 9 somewhere else in Auburn.
Worth the money!
Course was overall worth the $20 for 9 and a cart, distance is pretty good for a shorter 9 hole course. Challenging pin locations make the course interesting. Only complaint was greens were just aerated but overall not bad!
Plays Well for Cheap Golf
The price can’t be beat through GOLFNOW and the course is not bad at all. I have my complaints with the layout being very condensed, but for cheap golf, you can’t beat it. Would recommend to play it as it has some challenging holes, but be aware of other golfers nearby.
Nice track for the price!
Nice little 9 hole track. Greens are nice in the summer. Course can get crowded but all in all it’s a great little course for the price.
Cute course
Very easy but great value for 9 holes and a cart. Played with my 8 year old and he had a blast. Some challenges around the course but overall pretty straight forward.
