Unsatisfying and definitely overpriced.
Frustrating. The course had all these cart path only restrictions despite things being plenty dry. Obviously that rule makes it more time consuming to get to your ball. We were on the 8th hole in 1 hour and 50 minutes and the ranger told us we needed to speed up. Give me a freaking break. We finished nine holes in 2 hrs 5 minutes and all 18 in 4 hrs 10 minutes.
That is a fast round by almost any standard. Let alone when you can’t even drive up to your ball and are sometimes having to walk all the way across the fairway.
And why charge a full price for the cart when you can’t even take advantage of the convenience of the cart?
The whole thing came off as arrogant and annoying and kind of ruined the day.

Good and within reach of Great
Breakfast Hill is a wonderful track, unique layout and fine condition. My only complaint is “Pace of Play”. With a pleasant though firm approach in communicating with slower players/groups average rounds can be complete with 4 hours 15 minuets. That’s my only non-positive comment and I play this course weekly.
Good Course in NE New Hamp
The course was in good condition. The greens rolled nicely. The course is narrow so if you spray the ball this isn't the place for you. The only issue we had with the course was pace of play. We wrapped up in just over 5 hours after teeing off on a Saturday at 12:45. No rangers policing the pace of play. I'd recommend the course to mid to low handicappers and suggest playing at a time that isn't on the weekend.

Course was in good shape, the greens were a little beat up. People need to learn how to repair the ball marks would definitely play again.
Challenging course with nice conditions.
Overall, this is a great course. The conditions were very good except the greens were a little slow and full of ball marks. I’m sure the golf outing earlier in the day had something to do with that.

Course was in great shape and the staff was great. The senior rate was unbelievable
Slow play.
Course good shape. Very slow play. Tool 3.5 hours for 9 holes. Range person no help with Speeding up play plus front desk offered no refund for unplayed 9. Quit after nine.
